I didn’t enjoy my visit to this Whataburger location. I didn’t feel welcomed when I walked in. I didn’t feel like a customer while placing my order I want to say the young lady who took my order name was Janiya. She seemed to be distracted when I placed my order I asked for a number two Whataburger meal I want extra everything no tomatoes then I had a free Whataburger for joining the app and when I scanned it, she thought I was trying to get a free number two burger which no I wasn’t. I wanted the free Whataburger, which meant I was gonna get another burger on top of what I’ve already ordered. She seemed confused for a moment and then the light came on and then we were OK. I asked her to have it made the same way as the first Whataburger sad to say when I got the order I only got the number two Whataburger meal. I wasn’t greeted by the young lady who brought me my order. It was like hey you know I don’t wanna be here kind of attitude when she gave me the bag it was I got a cold feeling from her. I wish I had gotten her name, but I didn’t when I looked into the bag. I only had one burger, but it was two on the order so I had to go back and let them know that I’m missing a Whataburger made the same way as my first burger the young lady told me oh OK. We got you. OK great sad to say again that when I got the burger got home I had two number one Whataburger‘s. We’re on the receipt as I ordered the number 2 double patty Whataburger, so I paid for something that I did not ever receive. I don’t know what their idea of extra is on the sound on if it’s one piece of lettuce I have a piece of pickle, a spray of onion or whatever I don’t know, but it look like I had a regular sandwich. I asked for extra mayo. I don’t know what their idea of extra is, but it wasn’t on my Sandwich. I’m just really not well with the way I was treated nor the order when I got home I had to use my own condiments and toppings to make the sandwich what I wanted it to be or what I was expecting for it to be when I received it from them. I understand things cost more. Things are more expensive that’s fine if I have to pay for what I want then I’ll do that. Just give me what I’m paying for. That’s what’s really upsetting me. Everybody wants to charge you more but you’re getting so much less. Give me what I’m paying for. Let me see what I’m paying for if you’re gonna do that The greet of man is is real. The gree of man is real on top of that I ordered I wanted a Arnold Palmer for my drink and they had once I had tea and then when I went to the fountain to get me Minute Maid lemonade, they only had it with zero sugar Who wants that so when I asked about the handcrafted lemonade, she said oh well you have to pay for that, but you don’t have what I need on this side to accommodate or to quench my thirst and you’re saying that I have to pay for what’s on the other side in order to get what I paid for in the beginning That’s redundant that makes absolutely no sense to me so be it to say I will not be. I will not be back at this location as much as I love Whataburger I just will not be at this location ever again so if you happen to frequent this location, I pray you get better service than I did, but please check your order before you leave because these young people aren’t paying attention to what they’re doing they’re so busy with the earbuds in their ears and their pants sagging off the rear ends that They don’t have time for what they’re what they were hired for and that’s to take care of the customer so please be advised please be on the on the watch and I do pray that you do get better...
Read moreWell where do I begin? A freezing atmosphere, cold burgers and awful service! My client was with me and ordered a jalapeño and cheese burger. I looked at her burger. 1 slice of a jalapeño was on her patty with pickles, diced onions and mustard. I went to the order station and no one came over to talk with me. I sat down and saw 2 employees sitting in a booth. I walked over and asked her what made this burger to be a jalapeño burger? She kindly said you are supposed to get 8 slices of jalapeños. I said she only had 1 slice on the whole burger the size of a dime. She immediately went to the back of house and then the manager in a gray shirt and tattoos down her arm asked us how we enjoyed our food. I told her the client I was with ordered the jalapeño and cheese burger but there was only 1 slice of jalapeño. She said she had made the burger herself and it had more jalapeños on the burger. I then told her I had opened her burger and there was only 1 slice. She called me a liar to my face and said she would not argue with me and did I want a side of jalapeños to go.
I do not appreciate being called a liar or that it was not the truth I was telling her about.
We work hard for our money and we chose your establishment for our dinner NOT to receive what we ordered.
How can you as an owner allow your management team speak to a patron like this?
I am 57 years old and my client is 78 years old. We are applaud at how we were treated in your establishment and have never been talked to like this before in a restaurant of any kind.
Who should I contact to make my concerns heard? I will not standby and let this "team" think it is fine to talk to patrons like...
Read moreThese folks are slow, incompetent, and unapologetic about it. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes at the speaker, but no one came on. The line was not moving so I could not drive off. After 15 minutes, I get out of the car and walk around to see what's taking so long. The young lady outside tells me she doesn't know, maybe the person at the window has a big order. Fair enough. I walk inside, and there's a line of people at the counter but no employee. I walked up to the counter and began yelling HELLOOOOOOOO. I see 5 employees lingering around the drive thru window talking. Not one responds. I am literally yelling HELLOOOO....WHADABURGER....HELLOOOOO. Finally an employee comes out, hands one person food and speaks to another before acknowledging me. I ask her what is taking so long. I can't even drive off because of the line. She dryly says they're trying. I go back to my car, we've moved up one car space. I finally order. It was another 10+ minutes before I get my food. People in line are ANGRY because it's taking forever to hand people ONE bag. Sadly, the young lady outside kept catching hell. People were able to walk in, order, and walk out with food while the drive thru was at a standstill. I could hear the employees once I got to the window. They're actually talking about their waiting customers and our audacity to complain. They even suggested we go cook if we're in such a rush. This was my first and last visit. The food was mediocre at best. The onion rings were decent. The bacon cheese...
