Taco Bell — Restaurant in Conyers

I do not know of this was a manager or just a worker but she was the most unfriendly unbother worker. 1st thing is that she was so freaking rude especially when you refused to help someone ordering food off the self screen ordering machine. These young people don't understand about helping their elderly. Plus the line outside was wrap around the build for drive thru. But wait time for inside was ridiculously. She was so rude to the older guy he told her that he couldn't order off the self ordering machine because he just had a stroke and he couldn't see it. Now she didn't care period. I would have helped but i was a 30 minutes break and had only minutes left but someone else helped him. So I had to ask her how long was it going to take to fix my food she stated oh I have to clear out drive thru. Well it is cheap and fast. You get what you pay for. They have a very low rating on their beef. It doesn't even look real. Unroll that burrito and see for yourself! It doesn't even resemble real ground beef. Order chicken for the upcharge it's harder to fake. It's worth it even on a budget to protect your tummy. Do better Taco Bell. The service was good considering how hard it is to get good help and good English and professionalism is excepted but not taught in school these days. The drive through was fast. And the drive thru girl was friendly and nice, even told me to have a nice day give that girl a raise! Brownsbridge (my home store) has such a severe lack of social skills that the ignorance is an embarrassment to our school system, if any of them went. I waited to leave this review as I hoped someone from TACO BELL corporate would reach out after my survey. I was robbed by this store. Placed an order via drive thru. (A small order, $4.28 to be exact). We were asked to pull around and wait for our food, 25 minutes went by and nobody brought our order out. I finally go inside where I am told by the manager that "I didn't order anything and I needed to leave" if Taco Bell pulls the video footage they can see that I remained calm the entire time, even after 1 of the cooks threatened to forcefully remove me from the restaurant.
