Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Conyers

I come to this location all the time and have never had any issues… Not sure if the older white lady taking the drive thru orders was having a bad day but she surely took it out on me. I placed 2 mobile orders for drive thru pick up.. I was told one of my orders were ready but for the other I would have to come inside? If I was able to come inside I would have placed an in-store order…. There were abt 2 cars in the drive thru and not many cars parked (not many people inside) but she said there were 10 orders ahead of mine? Huh? Once i received my 1st order, I was then instructed to pull up and wait for them to bring my order out to my car. I waited for 30 minutes. I watched cars come in & out the drive thru as well as people go in & out the building yet no worker brought my order so I called and asked what the issue was. After being hung up on twice someone finally answered and let me know they would be out shortly. The lady that came outside (same at the drive thru) had an atrocious attitude and STILL would not give me my order! Instead she took it back inside and to send a different employee out with the same order however, this time it looked as my drinks were not filled up all the way and there was watery liquid in the bag. After waiting so long I had no desire to keep going back and forth over food that I rightfully paid for. Not to be that person but I never had this issue with the black and brown employees that worked here. I wish they were the ones to serve me today. I am scared to eat my food because I feel it may have been tampered with. I won’t ever be back to this location and if I do come back lady you better hope you aren’t there....

I often have a poor experience at this Zaxby’s. The issues have ranged from my order being incorrect on more than one occasion to the cashier at the window being extremely rude. I’ve had two issues with the same drive-thru cashier- the first time she handed me my drink with the cup covered in soda. Instead of offering to wipe it off, she closed the window and laughed. I sat there until she opened the window back and when I asked her to wipe off the cop she just handed me a napkin. The second issue with this particular cashier was when I was pulled into a parking spot to wait on cheddar bites. I waited for about 15 minutes. I went inside and discovered they had forgotten about me! The same cashier had not communicated that she had me parked. A pleasant young man, maybe a crew leader or something, told the cashier to give me some cookies to make up for the problem, and she gave me one cookie! Today I went by because I wanted to try the new Caribbean Jerk boneless wings and I was told they were out! I’ve worked in restaurant management for over 10 years, even worked for Zaxby’s for over 5 years... I know these things to be true: 1) mistakes are going to happen, but an apology and making amends to the guest is crucial when that happens. 2) any employee who cannot be coached to take care of your guests does not need to be on your team and 3) you do not run out of LTO items! Get it together Zaxby’s on Sigman Road... I love your food but I’m tired of...

Whoever BREN BRAN BRAND is…the manager that was on duty at 2:30 on the 2nd of August was so loud and wrong with her rudeness I had to share !!! Everytime I go to the location on SIGMAN the damn toast is burnt !! When I complained I could hear the manager in the kitchen say “ tell her she has to ask for LIGHT TOAST this is how the toast is made!! Mrs Bren Brin Bran Brand whatever the hell your name is ima hold your hand with a napkin when I say TURN THAT DAMN GRILL DOWN OR LESSEN THE COOK TIME!!!! In my 4 months of workin at a Zaxby’s I learned they take pride in thier toast because it’s considered a main attraction WHY IS THIS CRAZY MANAGER SELLING IT BURNT AND TELLING PPL ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!!!!! The ZAXBYS on the other side of Conyers closer to me the one that’s being remodeled WOULD NEVER!!!!! If that’s yall sister store hurry up and get them back running so they can train SIGMAN location for the better…or better yet I’ll come in train and won’t leave until y’all get it right …I’m not looking for a 9-5. But I don’t wanna keep letting this location play in my face while I wait on the better one to reopen

Cooktime: 45seconds on each side grill must be set between 400-450 …. Lower it if it’s off/messed up take the bread off sooner before it gets dark …it was the easiest part of the job no reason...
