Edit: it’s really funny they respond to my review telling me they appreciate my loyalty and want to make it right but then email me back saying that it’s my fault for not paying a dollar for the fill cup even though without ice the drink shouldn’t be this empty and still doesn’t explain why there would be a ring around the cup like that with contents clearly missing. Quite literally ignored the entire content of my review and the entire point. Looks like that loyalty is going somewhere else
Okay hear me out, I go to 7 brew about 3 times a week and the staff is always awesome. HOWEVER when I get a drink without ice, I understand it’s not going to be as full looking due to the pure volume of ice. They asked if I wanted it filled to the top for an extra charge and I declined. I’ve gotten drinks there before without ice when I plan to save it for work in the morning. But this… this is a little bit too empty. 7brew drinks do not have THAT much ice. Im addicted to their coffees, I know how much ice is in here. This is the most empty ive ever seen one. On top of that, there’s a ring around the cup that tells me it was more full. There’s coffee around the lid as well. So I’m thinking it got knocked over or something and instead of making some to fill it back up they just said “eh whatever” and wiped off the cup and sent it out anyway. That’s the only reasonable explanation as to why an iceless coffee would be THIS empty with a ring around the cup and drops around the rim. This is not worth the money. It shouldn’t bother me this much but man I’m so upset! I drove from Sparta to cookeville JUST to get a coffee for work tomorrow:( I mean shoot it doesn’t even reach the top...
Read moreThere’s no denying that the staff at 7 Brew Coffee are some of the friendliest people around. Seriously, I have no idea how they manage to keep that energy up—especially from a team that’s mostly teenagers. Maybe it’s unlimited access to caffeine, but whatever it is, the customer service is top-tier and always makes for a pleasant interaction.
That said, friendly service is unfortunately the only real standout here. As someone who drinks a lot of coffee and has tried just about every coffee spot in town, I have to say 7 Brew consistently disappoints me. The coffee itself just doesn’t hit the mark. It tastes watered down, like it’s missing the depth and richness you expect—especially from a specialty coffee shop.
What really raises red flags for me is how fast the drinks come out. Espresso takes time to brew properly, especially when you're adding extra shots to a latte. But more often than not, my drink is ready almost instantly, which makes me suspect they’re pre-brewing espresso or using shortcuts that sacrifice quality.
For what they charge, the coffee should at least be solid. But in my experience, it’s mediocre at best. Every time I leave, I find myself wishing I had just gone to the Starbucks across the...
Read moreI couldn't read the menu before ordering because I was treated at the line, which is fine!! Asked if the have Americano LIKE STARBUCKS. was told yes do I ordered it w steamed halfnhalf. When i get yo register the clerk says you have a house brew? I said no an Americano, you have americano right?? Oh yea, yea. Drove off, took a sip at the light, and drank the weakest drive thru coffee I have ever had. Not to mention, it was NOT an Americano. Ppl if you don't know what someone is asking for ASK. I would have ordered something else. Went back, Starbucks was full. Ordered regular coffee with light cream, AGAIN weakest coffee ever. Twice is more than enough, I am not a fan, and the lemon muffin top, pure sugar, vending machine tasting. Not for me. Will wait in the other...
