I'm not sure why I never tried this place before but it was a refreshing change from the usual burger and chicken choices offered while out on the road, when you don't have a lot of time for dining. It was pretty decent tasting pasta and good size portions for fast food. I had ordered a shrimp bake and was brought out a 3 cheese one. They were promoted as a special on the countertop with the same price listed for each. When my husband took it back up to point out the mistake the clerk stated that SHE didn't hear me correctly but they would remake it but there was a difference in price he would need to pay. He paid it with no issue but I thought it was odd to be charged when 1. The sign doesn't state there is a different charge for the shrimp bake and 2. It was her error, not mine, which she admitted. She seemed to be on a mission to get people away from her counter as quick as possible and as a result made errors that resulted in customers having to return, lol. She rushed us off after we ordered and forgot to give us our chocolate milk. When I came back up for it, the way she looked at me caught me so off guard that I stuttered, "soooo, what's up with the chocolate milk"? Which resulted in another odd look. I could barely contain myself because I didn't expect that to come out of my mouth. She said she just forgot to give to us and reached in the cooler and handed it to me. She did come by and check on us a couple of times which is totally unexpected in a fast food place. I wasn't expecting Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill level and it was definitely way above Kraft Fast Mac or Spaghetti O's . My daughter loved her meatball sub! The breadsticks had great flavor but were a tad soggy but I prefer that over dry ones. They offer Cheesecake Factory desserts too. So what's not to love about that? Overall, it was tasty and better than the usual road fare even though it's a bit pricier than a burger and fries by a few bucks. Hopefully, you can just avoid the awkward...
Read moreour meals were great, i love that one of my girls with celiac disease can actually enjoy a gluten free meal somewhere other than home. though, i will say that the cashier was a little rude but maybe she was just having a long or hard day! i’ve been a server for a while, and i completely understand feeling burnt out! she was very nice while serving us, though. one of the workers was had been walking around with music playing out of her phone, which was strange but not a big deal. better than the dead silent dining room. i got up to wash my hands before we left and heard yelling right before i opened the bathroom door, it was two workers arguing. i stood in the doorway for a few minutes listening, went and washed my hands, walked out, and they were still arguing. at this point someone was waiting at the counter to be taken care of. come on guys, take it outside, or atleast go father to the back of the kitchen. i had my 3 young girls with me, there’s no need to be fighting in front of them/loud enough the dining room can hear. it was stressing them out. we are definitely going to come back, we just hope for a better...
Read moreWe went through the drive through because my husband cannot be in public settings right now because of his cancer. We ordered, he got a lunch special and I got the five meatballs and a house salad. We were told that we got bread sticks with the meatballs. When we went to the parking lot we did not receive our plastic forks or napkins and there were only the two bread sticks with the meal. I went in with my receipt and politely asked for our silverware, napkins and for two more bread sticks. The girl went to the back and brought someone out who was very rude in the tone of her voice and said what we ordered only allowed for two breadsticks. I wasn’t getting and more. I had to ask for napkins again and left. This is the restraint we go to when traveling to Nashville since it has been open. Don’t worry we will not be back. We will not be treated with disrect. Oh. What I ordered cost a lot more than the...
