Abby's Legendary Pizza — Restaurant in Coos Bay

I waited on this review as I wanted to ensure I got refunded for pizzas not delivered. My wife and I had ordered pizzas just under a month ago. After waiting approx. 2 hours, we called in. Apparently their delivery driver's vehicle had broken down. I get that, stuff happens. When we asked if they were going to be bringing us fresh pizzas they said no, and that they intended on delivering 2 hour old pizza...that had been sitting in a car...and we said that was unacceptable. The person we talked with was fairly rude and condescending to me, and she said, they will be delivered within the hour, so you can get those pizzas or a refund your choice." We obviously chose the refund. I have enjoyed their pizzas in the past numerous times, but customer service has recently fallen off a cliff. They should have called, and had fresh pizzas made up and delivered fresh pizza, not cold and damp pizzas that were going to be upwards of 3 hours old when they would eventually get there...

OMG! "Round Table Pizza" still lives! However, it now goes under the guise of Abby's Legendary Pizza. As a kid my parents would take us out for 'Shakey's' or "Round table" pizza pubs every payday. The decor of the ole' timey pizza houses only enhanced the atmosphere! With arcade games and the smell of mozzarella wafted in the air I felt like a youngster again while I sat at the hard wood tables. I was quite flabbergasted when I was told the price of our large 'California Chicken' pizza. I was like "$25.00 for a pizza?". But then the pizza came, and I tell ya, they should have charged more. Ole timey, gourmet pizza only melted in our mouths as we muttered moans of pleasure through our chewing lips. If you haven't been to Abby's and you like pizza then you MUST go there. Bring your check book, a bank role of quarters, a designated driver ( if you must drink ), and an expectation to eat the best pizza...

Poor customer service and my whole family couldn't sit at one table together or move any tables so my big family can sit together and eat together but it was ok for a party to be going on at another table and kept having people coming in and adding to their part it got to where their was at least 25 people at one table but my family of 10 couldn't sit and eat together...... It will only let me edit my review and not respond to u about if i said anything to the manager and yes i did heck the manager was the one who told us we had to put his tables back. But when we asked why can they do it and not us we pretty much got the response that their locals so it was ok for them and they do it all the time but cause we where from out of town we had to deal with it and cause of that i don't think ill return and definitely wont be telling others to give it...
