Antonio's Pizzeria LoSchiavo — Restaurant in Copley Township

Dear manager Your Hostess says do not not tell people your process as you claim in your responses to everybody's review. They seat you in your table SAY NOTHING and then you sit there like an idiot waiting for 40 minutes until you realize what you're supposed to do. Staff can't even barely communicate with other human beings let alone explain to them what your situation is. You have an entire staff of young girls standing there at door doing .. four of them actually just holding your floor down all night long. We were there for about 2 hours with apparently nothing to do . The girl taking the orders at the counter had no idea what was on the menu she was absolutely clueless even what a cheese pizza was and I'm not even joking you. I had the same experience at one of your other carryout restaurants the girl had no clue. We sat there sat there just waiting and waiting getting annoyed until finally we figured it out. It's the most agonizing thing to sit there being stared at by your staff while you're waiting for your staff to do something. As far as contacting on manager duty as you suggest. . I didn't see any manager there did I saw four young girls standing there staring at the wall chatting andon their phones the whole time .the one girl was actually scrolling her phone while I was placing my order it was a young black girl taking orders on October 3rd she was literally scrolling her phone while I was giving her my order. Where you finding these people¿ a dumpster? It's embarrassing for you maybe when you guys should show up one day and see what's going on at your restaurant? You seem to have a lot of management maybe you should try managing your restaurants cuz they're...

I originally ordered to take out, but after I mentioned I’d be crack to pick up after I checked into my hotel, the takeout guys mentioned that they also deliver for a very reasonable fee! I ordered a Cobb salad which was so super fresh. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the tomatoes super juicy and flavorful (in January), and the salad was beautifully put together! The only thing I felt was missing from the salad was croutons. I also tried the fried ravioli, which tasted like a quality ravioli. They were deliciously seasoned with a very tasty marinara sauce. I also ordered the breadsticks which were pretty good. I’m thinking they’re a little bit better when they’re fresh right out of the oven. The portions were very good for the price, especially the breadsticks. The meal fully satisfied my appetite after a long day of traveling. I look forward to trying...

I ordered lunch today and ordered a pepperoni Stromboli a side salad, a chicken club Panini and cheese sticks. First off the pepperoni, Stromboli was not cooked all the way through and was burned on the bottom. The chicken Panini didn’t have the Italian dressing. I had to go back into the store after getting into my car and checking it. I ordered salad but they gave me a full size salad And The entire top of the salad was covered in red onions to the point where nobody would ever eat that it was just ridiculous and cheese cooked all the way through and I asked for ranch dressing, which I didn’t get with them. I got the marinara sauce even after I asked when I was at the counter I was told yes they put it with it so I just didn’t check the bag, but I should’ve, I won’t return to this establishment very very...
