I did rapid pick up in which you can't rapidly pick up. You actually have to go straight to the cashier. The whole point of online ordering and paying for things before hand is to avoid the line. So the “rapid” pick up has to stand there and wait after everyone before them orders when they have already ordered and paid for things beforehand, and stated the exact time that they would be there to pick it up “rapidly.” So, if you got 10 people ordering before you or 20. You’re not really saving any time by doing rapid pick up. Or, you just have to plan to pick it up minutes before. Second, I don't understand why there are many workers but only one working the main cashier. Third, I was speed walking in from the very beginning to quickly grab my food, in which I pass a couple at the baking cashier while they were trying to order their food. It is not my fault that soon after just barely passing them the worker told them that they had to stand at other cashier where I was currently standing. I honestly thought they were ordering bake goods!!! It took me awhile to realize I was given an attitude from the workers at the bake goods and the couple because they thought I was cutting? I was trying to get the worker to tell them I am just there for rapid pick up. I was quickly ignored right when I spoke until the worker from the bake goods realize I was just there for “rapid” pick up, that he soon turned around with a completely changed attitude. Listen, I already ordered hours ago, and just wanted to grab my bag and go. It literally only takes two seconds and it's not my fault they don't put the rapid pick up at the rapid pick up shelvings!
Even though I will never go there, here’s an idea. How about a sign for pick up only at one of the cashier, so that rapid pick up can just pick up their foods rapidly without any headaches? That would be nice. I mean, they already paid, ordered, and by the time they arrive- the food is just sitting there in bags for...
Read moreI went in drive thru to get a coffee big mistake. If you are allergic to anything do yourself a favor and go in to make sure you get the right stuff. My regular location is only a few minutes away this location is near my son's Job so I'm thinking the drive thru is convenient. Nope. I end up with hazelnut coffee somehow and guess what? I'm allergic to hazelnut. I took 2 sips, the 2nd to verify it was infact hazelnut. First off it tasted different it had a flavor and smelled like hazelnut but more to the point the girl didn't know what coffee they gave me. She wasn't sure and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. But the manager came out and told me flat out it wasn't hazelnut. Um excuse me? First of all yes it was. I have had it before that's how I know it's hazelnut, second the new coffee toasted way different, third of all I drink coffee every day from there. I know what it tastes like and had I drank the whole thing my eyes would be swollen. Hopefully I don't have a reaction but what got me is the manager lying to my face and not taking responsibility and apologizing. Don't worry I called cooperate and they gave me a 10 dollar reward and a free pastry lol. Glad my life is worth only 13.50. Seriously, I wasn't looking for anything but maybe someone to take accountability and say I'm sorry I put in the wrong coffee. Not have a manager lie to my face. To be clear the one manager got the other one in the back she is the one that so blatantly lied. light roast dark roast and decaf doesn't have a flavor FYI. I'll still with my regular location I will not risk my like at this location again...
Read moreEvery time I visit Panera, I swear it's the last time I visit Panera. However, since the problems seem completely universal whichever location you eat, I think the employees are victim to top-level idiocy. Who designed the nonsensical layout of Panera? Where the heck do I order? Why is the cashier doing three jobs at once with no assistance? I felt bad because I ordered a smoothie and a bagel and she had to make my order before getting to the next customer in line. Also, I can't understand how I can get my order in five minutes using rapid pick up, but if I actually dine in it takes easily triple the amount of time. Figure it out, corporate Panera people! For your customers' AND...
