Bob Evans — Restaurant in Copley Township

On Friday April 28th we ordered for pick up almost $80.00 worth of food and it was the worst take out I have ever experienced. I ordered the food at 7:25 pm for pick up at 8:10 pm. For the record we picked up exactly on time and had less than a 10 minute time from pickup to table. The pictures you see are a 4 of the 5 adult meals we ordered. I am pointing out the southwest avocado dinner first. While I stated no beans, tortilla, or corn this is what I received. Brown lump of avocado and the few little pieces of broccoli. I order this in house at another location and it always come out with nice fresh avocado and doesn't look like this. The other chicken dinner was overcooked and dried out chicken with a "double" order of broccoli. The two other pictures were adult meals and the fries were almost non existent and cold (not cold because of transporting, cold as in stale sitting around a long time cold). Asked for whip cream on the side for another adult order of pancakes and none included. I will not order from this location again.

My husband and I dined here tonight and the service was terrible. To start off, we didn't know if we were suppose to seat ourselves. The staff was running around like a chicken with their head's cut off and the place wasn't even half full! When we were seating and waiting to have our drink orders taken I heard the staff arguing about which table they should get drink order first! (This should've been our first hint to leave!) We hadn't been to a Bob Evans in a few years and needed to look over the menu and the waitress comes over and in a snotty tone said, "What do you want?" We should've left then but didn't. Then when our food came out my husbands food was fine but I'm a vegetarian and there was meat on my food and our waitress never came by to ask how our food was or refill our drinks. Just to leave there, I got a box to go so my husband could eat my dinner for lunch and I have my rolls for dinner at the restaurant. Literally, I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will never dine at a Bob Evans again because of the experience...

Me and my granddaughter and a friend were seated and everything was fine. The host placed the high chair, for my granddaughter on the outside of the table. As ALL restaurants do. I've never seen or had to place the high chair behind the table. NEVER! The waitress told me, insisted, that it supposed to be behind the table. And she brought the manager, Josh, to the table and we spoke. Ok, maybe it's just this Bob Evans, so the food order was in and we waited an extra 50+ minutes for our food. When I addressed the waitress, she proceeded to argue and give us more coffee and not our food. The food finally came and it was Luke warm as if it was ready and sitting in the window waiting to be picked up and ate. We allowed them to place the plates down on the table and then we left. NEVER, WILL I BE TREATED LIKE THAT AND THEN EAT THE WARM FOOD! MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS A BLACK FEMALE WITH A BLACK GRANDDAUGHTER AND A CAUCASIAN FRIEND!
