So let me tell y'all about my horrible and worst experience ever. I recently stopped working for Jimmy John's like 3 weeks ago. I was a Manager so i can definitely say this was completely UNACCEPTABLE. 1. when I orederd they told me for 2 subs with cheese would come to almost $23.. I quickly told them I've worked for Jimmy John's and that there was No way it was that much & he quickly responded rudely and told me "well then you should know that that's the right price" I immediately asked to speak to a manager.. which he did not let me speak to.. instead he "fixed" whatever it was he did and the price dropped a good $4. Then I get my order& the person who took my order had it all wrong. Which I found pretty akward considering I asked him to repeat my order to me and had to re tell him several things then finally he read back my order correctly. But like I said I got my order (after about 40 minutes) and litterally the whole order was WRONG. So I call the store & I finally get to speak with a manager. So I was just letting them know, I wasn't even going to have them send it out again cause I know the hassle of messups and just people who always try to get free food for any little reason. Either way he insisted on sending out new sandwiches with drinks this time at no charge so I gave in and said sure thanks. I get my sanwhiches again ( again about a 40 min wait.) Only to get some really messy soggy subs. Portions we're way off bread was cut horribly , and over all just sloppy. Anyway I haven't had JjS In 3 weeks and I was really excited to have some today and it turned out to be horrible and I'm so sad about it tbh . But thanks for the really waterd...
Read moreI order from this establishment at least once a week on my lunch break. And, they never fail to disappoint me weekly. Half of the time my order comes correct. The other half of the time I'm just sitting here scratching my head trying to figure out what went wrong after I got off of the phone with the cashier. "Did I really just spend ten dollars for a half assed sandwich? The lettuce is wilted and the tomatoes have seen better days." I am an avid Jimmy John's fan. But, after my experience with this particular franchise, I'm ready and willing to retreat and never return. How hard is it, as a Jimmy John's employee, to look at a tomato and think, "that looks terrible. I wouldn't want that on my sandwich." And, then put this heinous tomato on a paying customers sandwich. WTAF!!! I was in the food service industry for fifteen years. If I wouldn't eat, neither would you. The manager should certainly set some standards. Because it is apparent that they are lacking any such standards. If it were me, my first rule would have to be consideration for the customer. Part of your job description should be customer satisfaction. Today may just be my last Jimmy John's experience. My advice to the manager of this franchise is simple. Pull your head out of that gigantic gaping hole that you...
Read moreFirstly, I walked in at ~8:10pm and nobody greeted me. The nice cashier took my order and I went to sit down. A few minutes passed and I got my sandwich. I have never seen a jimmy johns sandwich with less filling in my entire life, but it still tasted good. Then I witnessed the cook (black athletic tee-shirt and white hat) throw away every extra bread from the day before over 40 minutes before closing, then I asked him if he threw the loaves away (not sure if he did) and he lied to me and said they used them all up, after me just seeing 6 loaves on the counter. Then I look into the kitchen and saw that he had thrown them away. This is unacceptable behavior. Southlake location is 1000x better. I would recommend ordering from there if you're getting lunch, they're not as stingy with serving sizes.
The cashier was actually nice, I wasn't...
