So this location has a bad reputation. I will keep personal emotion out the best I can, but some stuff must be said so everyone knows the truth about this location. To start I will say this is a 50/50 location. They have gotten better, and fixed some issues, but they are still in a very bad spot. So the worst time I came here was when I was in the drive through. I ordered two Happy meals, a 10Pc meal, and a Quarter pound meal. After I got home I though my son was missing his toy, and our food was a little colder than it should have been in all honesty. So I went back up there, and asked to talk to the manager, at first I was not trying to be rude. I simply asked for my order to be replaced, because I brought it all back, and I just wanted warm food for the family. The manager at the time actually told me no. I then asked for a refund, started to get a little angry. He said that I would have to wait a few days for his store manager to get back to me. I then did honestly get very mad, I paid money, and my family is eating tonight. He noticed I was angry, and asked me to leave. At this point I was not verbally angry just the look. He actually started to get verbal with me saying things like I need to watch my attitude, and should leave his store .it got worse, and then I finally got verbal. I had told him he needs to shut the f@#* up, and fix my order. Instead of just doing what he should have he decided to say that if I wanted to fight then let's go outside right now. I was done at this point, and another manager came out to the counter after hearing everything. The new manager replaced the order, apologized, and informed me that he would let his store manager know of the situation. He took my name, and number. The next day the store manager called, and asked me to come into the location. I met them there, and the personally apologized, and even though they can not actually tell me. They hinted that the manager lost his job. The store manager then gave me five free meal cards, and since then this location has been getting better, just very slowly. Again I know this is a very long review, but I would just like everyone to have a very honest review to look into. As others have said, the drive through time can be long, and once in a while you get a rude or lazy employee, the wrong order, and the many things that happen at all locations. I hope everyone knows more about this location now, and...
Read moreTonight I went to grab a late night dinner for my husband and I. I sat in the drive thru at the order screen for 12 mins before they took my order and then 17 mins sitting in-line to get my order with only 4 cars in front of me. At the window the lady was rude as all get out and when I was trying to explain that she had the order placed wrong and I did NOT want onions on the other burger, not the one she had it on, she told me “it’s fine, it’s been a long day for me.” I told her no it is not fine, I can not eat onions because they make me very sick, she laughed and said again, “ it’s fine, it’s been a long day for me!” I said “yeah, for me too, but I just need some dinner that won’t make me sick please. So I don’t want onions on my homestyle burger.” Again she says, “it’s fine, it’s been a long day.” She then hands me the bag with the order in it, and says oh yeah, ice cream machine is down too so none of that. I already paid tho, so shouldn’t you give me back the money I spent for two McFlurrys too? No she said, it’s just been a long day. I asked for my receipt and she laughed at me again and said it’s been a long day for me so have a good night. Confused and frustrated I said “I won’t be coming back here again!!!” She said, “it’s fine, it’s been a long day.”
I’m sorry you had a long day, but so did I! See, I worked in the blazing sun for 14 hours and in total worked 16 hours on the job today. Therefore I don’t feel like her “long day” should of been the reason I got screwed over on a meal I couldn’t even eat because I can NOT eat onions or anything they touch, paid for ice cream we didn’t get and couldn’t even get a copy of the receipt cuz it has been a long day for her so she couldn’t do the job she is being PAID to do! I work as a GM/field training specialist, and I promise if one of my employees ever treated one of my customers that crappy, they would be gone! That’s absolutely ridiculous and not how you treat people in general! She needs to be learn that in life and at any job... you eliminate barriers to yes, serve with passion and look at things from others point of view sometimes...My visit was on 17 June 2018 at 12:07am, I pulled out of the parking lot at 12:57am. I’ve never been so disappointed to swear I’ll never return somewhere, but tonight I promise I’ll never go back...
Read moreWent here 2 consecutive times due to desperation of searching for an open 24 hour restaurant. The first time experience was grueling, I ordered, and stood around for about 30 minutes, only to be told that they finished my order, and that they’ve sent it out from the kitchen... come to find out they’ve never even made it, I guess someone called it completed it, and never actually made it.
The 2nd time was the drive thru, it was 3:36Am, and I am rushing for work, there’s 2 lanes open but only 1 person on the headset, since I took the other lane, and didn’t get serviced till the other car had finished their order... first off there’s no point of opening 2 lanes if there’s only one person in the headset- that’s pointless. I stayed in the drive thru 15 min. And still haven’t gotten my order, and yes the car that ordered before me still hasn’t gotten theirs neither... long story short- I was late for work, had no breakfast, no coffee, and ironically the rest of my day was terrible. The one thing that could go right, went absurdly wrong, and long.
What I’ve noticed though, is that they’ve got a bunch of employees that just are lounging around, careless. 2 females were even flirting in their clocked hours, this was part of my first encounter at this restaurant, specifically. I don’t normally eat McDonald’s, but my friends do whenever the munchies call... but by far, I think this is the worst I’ve seen it. Fortunately for the company it’s a small town, and there’s nothing that’s open 24/7, so it profits them whether or not they read...
