First off, the phone number was out of order. I had ordered online, and so unbeknownst to me, when the pizza “tracker” was not accurate, I was unable to call and clarify where exactly my pizza was. The tracker was stuck on "order placed" for 30 min, then went straight to "out for delivery". The tracker claimed the order was delivered 30 min before it actually arrived. During this half hour period, I waited around, unable to contact the store, not knowing if the store had actually closed down, and my pizza was actually nonexistent.
A beacon of hope appeared as an unknown number on my phone rang. Unfortunately, the moment I picked up, a voice screamed. The delivery man yelled that I needed to be outside waiting for him, all while I had been patiently waiting outside for the last 45 minutes. I ordered the pizza with an estimated wait time of 32-48 min. In reality, it was over 1 hour 10 minutes. When the wretched delivery man arrived, he couldn't find my order, and appeared not to understand me, as I repeated my phone number multiple times. He then claimed that he didn’t have my order, and I had to physically point out which receipt had my phone number typed on it.
This was the worst pizza acquisition I have ever experienced. As for the pizza itself, compared to Domino's Pizza I’ve had in the past, this was terrible. It was dry, and had a scanty layer of pepperoni despite my order calling for extra. Overall, I would never order from this establishment again, and I have never been as thoroughly disappointed with a pizza joint as I am right now...
Read moreI have been ordering from this location for at least 8 yrs. Tonight was my last night. I pulled up and placed my order online and waited in my car. As I'm waiting I notice I only see one person working and at the time they were sweeping the floor. This employee named Lazaro put the broom away and went straight to the preparation table to start preparing my food. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!!!! I thought I was tripping so I got out of my car and went inside to ask for myself. I initially thought he had on gloves which would've been extra nasty but no he didn't. I asked him.. Did you wash your hands after you put that broom up?? He didn't speak fluent English so he asked another employee to translate. This employee proceeded to tell me that Lazaro washed his hands in the back when I know for a fact they have a sink right by the preparation table. He said it's mandatory. I said I know and I watched him go straight to preparing food. This guy nonchalantly told me I could just cancel my order and I said you're exactly right. I asked for his name which he told me he doesn't have to give me his name and told Lazaro not to give it to me either. I said that's fine and took a pic of him.
