I just ordered an online order from this location. My wife and I pulled up through the drive-through and the lady told us to park in the front spot.
We pulled up to the window, but there was a car in front of us waiting for their order.
She told me that I told you to go to the front spot.
I told her there’s a car in front of me and there’s no way to get around .
She replied, you are on a timer, and you need to reverse.
I am very unsatisfied with this location after multiple attempts of trying to get Arby’s food. I used to work for Arby’s in Ohio and this was never an issue for us.
This location is garbage. The workers do not care to supply customer service. This is an issue Customers should not have to experience. These workers do not care.
I told this worker I was going to call corporate, and there was no dissatisfaction. This was not a problem to her.
I do not understand why I have to reverse to help them make their times for orders it’s not my issue is this locations issue?
I never received a receipt for me to make a formal complaint. I have no idea who this lady was but she was working the drive-through at...

Arby's serves its orders on cute round trays lined with Deli Paper. I recommend the DOUBLE Roast Beef Sandwich. It is DOUBLE the meat. Sauces are self-serve at the beverage station but this can be a little difficult if you only have one free hand. Set your tray down first.
This restaurant has a drive-thru. My most recent visit was in the middle of the afternoon at exactly 2:59 p.m., according to my receipt. It wasn't crowded at this time on a Friday afternoon so service was quick. I ordered a Classic Roast Beef sandwich, a Roast Beef Slider (free due to my One Dollar donation to Arby's charities on last visit), and a Diet Dr. Pepper. I really like the Roast Beef at Arby's. I took the meat off my slider and added it to my Classic sandwich for a more filling meal. Arby's is one of a select few restaurants that offers Diet Dr. Pepper. I asked for one (1) Arby's sauce and I got one (1)...
Read moreI've never been to this location before. I've never been a fan of Arby's roast beef, but they do have their assets. I've always liked the turkey and swiss market sandwich, the bread is fresh and yummy. It almost tastes homemade. The turkey tastes real, not processed. The curly fries are always hot, crisp and well seasoned.
Tonight, we opted for the new smoked brisket sandwich. I've begun to be pretty leery of BBQ sandwiches, after two really bad ones recently. This was a nice surprise. While not having a big pile of beef, it was enough. It was deeply smoked - YAY! - and the sauce, while sweet, was not cloying. The crispy fried onions were a nice texture contrast. I'd definitely order it again. It was a big improvement on the nearly inedibly BBQ sandwich for which we paid $13 a few weeks ago.
The staff here was speedy and accurate. By the time we filled our glasses, our order was ready and it was actually what we had ordered.
If you're eating in, however, don't forget your parka and mittens. The temperature hovers around "igloo...
