Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Delivery from this location is awful. The 1 star rating is for both aunt Anne and DoorDash, their delivery partner. I live less than 10 minutes away. My order arrived almost 2 hours after I placed it. It was ice cold. The ice had melted into the drinks. The food was not sealed, and the delivery person was not wearing a mask. We are still in a pandemic last time I checked. I’ve been trying to get help with this order for over an hour. DoorDash referred me to aunt Anne’s, who in turn, referred me back to DoorDash. 0% ownership from either side. Guess I have no choice but to chuck this in the trash and take the Loss. I pray they open a wetzels pretzels near here one day....

I ordered a mini dog bundle meal with a blue raspberry lemonade on my lunch break. When I went to sit and eat the pretzels were a little over cooked which I don’t like and also I took a drink and it tasted like the machine hasn’t been cleaned or the lemonade was sitting out passed due. I proceeded to get my money back but the manager gave me a big hassle and was very dismissive when I was trying to explain everything. I only was given a refund for the drink and not the whole meal and had to rebuy pretzel dogs I didn’t eat!!!!...

So me and my husband and our two daughters were standing right there in front of the cashier trying to figure out what it is that we wanted to get and she turns around and starts screaming and yelling profanity at one of the other workers talking about b** next time I tell you to do something then do it and she thought it was funny I don't know if she was trying to be cute or not but that was very disrespectful and we just walked away very disappointed I wish they really would be serious about the people...
