Dunkin' — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Store is beautiful! Customer service their is none went in on lunch break to redeem an email offer of free iced coffee with purchase was ready to make my purchase and cashier asked for a QR code showed help email had no QR code, she asked the manager for help and the manager said I have to get a QR code through the “app”. Downloaded the app and couldn’t remember my password for. Clocked forgot password and the app wouldn’t send me a link to reset my password showed the manager what was going on she had no solution for me. I asked her can’t she input under another code as app not working or something. She said no there’s nothing she can do. Then started assisting the next customer who was behind me. I left & went to Starbucks which is directly across the street. Not only did I waste my time but makes me wonder how Dunkin pays a manager to provide no solution...

This Dunkin Donuts has to be the BEST one around. It is unlike any other Dunkin I have been to anywhere else. They are so efficient here, organized, clean, and FAST! Every time I come here it is a good experience. The team works amazingly well together and they work as a whole. They definitely know what they’re doing here at this location. I’ve been to other locations where everything takes extremely long, they’re not friendly and also not as professional or efficient as this one is. So they definitely deserve recognition for that. I would go out of my way just to come to this location over any other location due to the amazing service and professionalism they have here. This was my morning stop at least three times a week, however the level of service has diminished greatly. The overnight staff is rude and doesn't believe in giving the customer their food as ordered. I asked for an grilled cheese extra butter, he states they don't put butter on the grilled cheese which is a lie. I have ordered this many times there, he proceeded to make the sandwich and when I brought it to his attention about the butter, he offered to me butters on the side with an attitude. No dim wit I don't want butter on the side, I want it melted on the bread with the cheese that's why I am paying you to make it. So, now I will vote with my dollars. Needless to say I don't beg and pay so this will be my last visit here. There are many Dunkin Donuts in the area with much easier road access, so...
