Placed an order last Saturday (not yesterday) online for delivery through their website. Immediately after they called and informed me they did not have the potato soup, so unfortunately had to cancel the order. The kind person over the phone said my CC card would be refunded, but by yesterday it wasn’t. Called the store yesterday and kindly spoke with a manager named Dalton who was less than helpful, told me he’d love to have me come for a free dessert - which doesn’t make up for the $50.00 charge of food I never received. Then proceeded to tell me to call DoorDash, but I didn’t place the order with DoorDash, I placed it on their chicken salad chicks website and the charge came from them. So, I now have to dispute the charge with Discover. Then yesterday, for the same reason I placed an order last week, my friend still had a craving for their potato soup and wanted me to order from them. I called before placing another order to make sure they had potato soup and the young girl over the phone replied “yes, we have it everyday”. I responded “you didn’t have it last week”, and she mumbled something under her breath (rude), so I hung up. I obviously wouldn’t have to dispute the charge for the cancelled order I placed last week if that was the case. Anyways, I still proceeded to place an order using their site for delivery, using my friends card since I’m disputing the charge from the week prior on mine. I ordered the same thing I as last week but with an extra bowl of soup - Chicken salad blt with extra bacon for an up charge, a pint of the potato soup, and a bowl of potato soup. What arrives is a plain chicken salad sandwich with no bacon at all. How can someone make a BLT sandwich with no bacon at all?!? It’s really not rocket science to read a computer screen and make a sandwich the way it was ordered, really it’s quite a simple task. I pay for the sandwich and the extra $$ for the extra bacon and get 0 pieces bacon, they keep the money, not fair. The pint of soup had no shredded cheese to top it off with as it usually does and my friend complained the bacon bits they gave were gross but otherwise the soup was good. The bowl was as described on their website. It’s not the flavor or quality of food that’s the problem, it’s the people working for this place that don’t seem to have any service or management skills. I hate writing bad reviews and I love chicken salad. I was excited when this placed open, ordered from them several times prior to last week and this is the 2nd time they didn’t put bacon on my sandwich but I haven’t complained before. I think it’s the entire situation between not receiving a credit, the unhelpful follow up with them, the rude girl who mumbled something under her breath, and the incomplete sandwich I paid extra for was the cherry on top that left a really bad taste in my mouth. I deduct a star for each issue. And have to consider if I will ever order...
Read moreSadly have to edit my previous outstanding review (see below) due to extremely poor service and treatment from a cashier named Bri today. We arrived to purchase several to go containers for the holiday. From beginning to end Bri was rude and unbelievably disrespectful. We asked her for help regarding the points system and her answer was “I don’t know anything about that.” I asked if she could get someone to help, she quite literally rolled her eyes at us, threw her hands in the air, and made a face before going to get someone named Emily who attempted to help. Bri also told us their credit card machine was having trouble and when asked if she could manually punch in the numbers she responded “no, try a different card” in the same rude, bothered tone. Bri also gave us our purchased items with a cookie and container of chicken missing (she left them on the counter), when we pointed it out she threw both in the bag with a smirk. If this was my first experience as a customer I would never come back, and quite frankly don’t think I will be back to this location after that treatment. Someone needs quite the refresher course in manners and how to work with the public. Zero stars. If an owner or manager is reading this I would be VERY wary of who is at the front register as the “face” of your business.
First time customer. Tried the Sassy Scotty and the Barbie-Q. Both DELICIOUS. Love that the combos come with a little cookie and pickle, so cute and satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Didn’t enjoy the grape salad as much as I thought I would, but everyone else in my party did. Really...
Read moreWas very good food, unfortunately the person in a white shirt behind the counter wasn’t as good as the food. We took a table outside with our order number visible displayed being informed that is how they know where to bring your food. After 15 minutes after ordering our salads, we went inside and asked the man in the white shirt if our order was ready, he asked what number we had and we told him and with out moving he replied it hasn’t been made yet. Ok, I accepted that for the moment and went outside, five minutes later the same scenario happened, he never moved. After 25 minutes some friends of ours happened to come to the same place, they ordered and given a number which was after ours. We talked they told us about how great the food was here etc. and then our friend said he thought it was too long and was going inside to check. I went with him and the server was coming out from around the counter with his order. Needless to say I was not happy and then I told the guy in the white shirt what is happening, he ordered way after me. He responded with asking me what number I had and gave me the same response as before without leaving the counter nor inquiring from the kitchen. My wife goes back in and she asks someone else and the response was that they ran out of lettuce for our salads! So the moral of the story here is, yes the food is great, but make sure they have what you want because they will take your order but not inform you they can’t make it. A P.S. would be not to trust the guy in a white shirt here, he apparently is clueless! Excellent food when we converted...
