McDonald's — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I went here this morning and both the manager and person handing the food out of the window were rude! I placed my order by saying a number 10 meal, when I gave the drink type she said “oh you want the meal?” I informed her that I said a number 10 meal when I ordered and she tells me with attitude in her voice “when people order they say the number but only want the sandwich.” Then I get to the window and my hash browns are cold so I blew my horn to the the lady’s attention that just gave me the food so I can tell her. She rolls her eyes when I continue blowing and say ma’am. Once she opens the window I tell her it’s cold and she looks annoyed then throws her hand in motion for me to go park while mumbling “park over there.” I asked what number and she says “wherever you want” I then go inside because I’m wondering what the problem is and ask for the manager. The woman that I asked also has an attitude and acts if she doesn’t understand what I’m saying so I ask again, she gave a dismissive gesture while saying “the manager is over there”and continues to stare at me so I ask is she gonna get her. She then says “she wants a manager but I’m going to the bathroom.” The manager came over and she’s the one that took my order initially. I told her I let the lady at the window know that the hash browns are cold and she gave me an attitude but I don’t understand why. All she said “I just dropped the hash browns and they will be 3 or 4 minutes.” Not an apology, she didn’t go and speak with the lady or offer anything as a courtesy. Not that I expected much because the manager also had an attitude! No one wants to go somewhere and be met with attitude especially somewhere they are spending their money! If you don’t like customer service get another job! If you don’t like mornings work another shift! Keep the nasty attitude for yourself because I...

Went on the 2nd of March at 8pm ordered a cheeseburger and the chicken tenders meal. Well (here we go) once I got in my car which took 1 min from the time I was given my bag and I left the parking. I went for the cheeseburger and come to find out it was ICE Cold! How can they serve ICE Cold cheeseburger’s! The fries were warm but the chicken were good and hot. They were busy. That is the part that does not make sense. They had a line of cars outside, they had people inside waiting for food and they had people inside eating , so they cannot say it’s do to not being busy. I also believe there is a time limit on food once it is made. The drink section looked like a bomb went off, it was looked as people were spilling their drinks all day and no one from the staff were there to clean it up. The Lobby is trashed and needed a good cleaning. What is worse they had a new staff member who was still learning at the front by himself, so if he was lost everyone had to wait till the manager came back up front to help then she left. He would just walk around and not say a word to any of the other customers that would walk in information that it would be a moment. They should have had someone with him at all times. He was so lost. Don’t go here if you want food that is fresh from MCD’s this is not the place. Go down the street....

The workers were kind when you were able to get their attention. The counter was pretty much abandoned, all the workers were in the back. There were 2 ppl that ended up leaving because no one acknowledged them to take their order on the register. DO NOT USE the hand sanitizer by the self-order kiosks. I don't know WHAT that was but it was NOT hand sanitizer. The more I rubbed it in the more greasy my hands became, I tried to fan out my hands for it to dry & when I didn't even feel the breeze I knew something was wrong & went to the men's room to wash whatever that was off & so did the other gentleman that made the same mistake I made.

Food was cold but I still ate it, I wasn't going to wait at the unattended counter. The ladies were kind though when I interacted with them. I don't live here & this is my first time going there in years so it could've been a one-time thing that the counter was unattended. They have a nice okay area for toddlers...
