Had high hopes for this place, but disappointed overall. Disclaimer: large party, seated at separate tables (because this place apparently does not do tables big enough for more than 6 ppl). We waited an hour for our food. Did not order appetizers. No waiter ever came to check on us (prior to food arriving). This dude, who looked like he might've been the manager just walked by and said "everything great?" and then walked away before we could respond. There was NO food on the table, so why would you assume everything was "great"? So my biggest issues are: TIME & QUALITY. I'm a big believer in Learning Experiences, so here's what I would suggest, so this situation could be handled better in the future: If you ask someone: "everything great?" Actually WAIT for them to respond. Because they would have told you that they've been waiting an hour for their food. Said customers would have appreciated either a: 1. Sincere Apology. 2. Offer of a complimentary app to hold us over until food arrives. 3. Offer to bring food out as it is ready (since sometimes it's just one or two dishes that are holding up everyone else's food).
Secondly, quality. I truly appreciate how concise this menu is, mad props, that's how menus should be. However, I guess I ordered the one thing on the menu that snuck past quality control. The "scampi baked mac" is neither Scampi NOR Mac. It was edible, but NOT good. Flavors were Off, not enough melted/blended cheese to be even mentioned as a "Mac and cheese" and nowhere near enough butter and garlic to be called "scampi". This really does not need to be on the menu... Strongly recommend it be removed or IMPROVED (once again, a Learning Experience)
This place is fine IF: you are a party of four or less and you order ONLY chicken fingers (I think that's their specialty, so it's gotta be...

I recently visited this Millers in Coral Springs yesterday night and had an incredibly uncomfortable experience, thanks to one of the managers, Chris. He repeatedly came to our table and insisted on playing with our infant, even though it was clear that his presence was making her uncomfortable. It got to the point where she started crying loudly, disturbing the entire restaurant. Which was embarrassing for me as the restaurant was very slow. Instead of taking the hint, Chris kept coming back, making the situation worse. Just seeing his face completely ruined the taste of our food.
I felt terrible for our server who was clearly trying to manage the situation. He kept apologizing for Chrisâs behavior whenever he could, but it was obvious he was also frustrated. Itâs a shame that the server couldnât properly serve us because Chris seemed to think he was part of our table, hovering constantly.
On top of that, the professionalism of the managers was drastically different. While one was dressed sharply and looked clean-cut, Chris looked disheveled and unprofessional. He frequently disappeared into the privacy room behind the host stand, and his behavior and appearance made me SERIOUSLY question whether he was under the influence of something.
This was an unpleasant dining experience, and I doubt Iâll be returning anytime soon. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue and look into drug testing management because this overshadowed what could have been a nice...

From the moment we walked through the doors of the Ale House in Coral Springs, we knew we were in good hands. Jada, our server, welcomed us with a warm smile that never left her face for the entire duration of our visit. Her positive energy and professional demeanor created a truly enjoyable dining experience that stood out.
Jada was incredibly attentive without being intrusive â a balance that is hard to master, but she did so effortlessly. She anticipated our needs, checked on us at just the right times, and ensured that our drinks were full, our food was exactly as we ordered, and that we were completely satisfied from start to finish. Itâs clear she takes genuine pride in her work.
What truly made the experience special was her attitude. Even during what seemed like a busy shift, Jada carried herself with calm, grace, and a wonderful sense of hospitality. She treated us like valued guests, not just another table. That kind of consistent warmth and professionalism is rare and absolutely worth recognizing.
So often, people are quick to complain when something isnât perfect, but not enough take the time to say thank you when someone goes above and beyond. So here it is: Thank you, Jada, for a job very well done. Your smile, your service, and your spirit made our visit memorable, and weâll be back â not just for the food, but for the exceptional service you provided.
Ale House is lucky to have you. Keep shining!
