You know when as place is crowded with friendly people and employees you're going to have a great experience. Well I sure had one from the time I came in till the time I left, the greetings from the employees welcome to Starbucks let us know if you have any questions we're here to help. Then I ordered an iced chai latte tea light, the employee explained they were out of light syrup but told me he would like to make a regular with less syrup and sugar told me to taste it and if it wasn't my cup of tea which made me chuckle he would not charge me then give me any beverage I wanted in exchange free of charge. I accepted the challenge end ordered the iced chai latte tea and a chicken sausage sandwich. The tea was to my preference I let the employee know sorry I forgot his name and at that moment I was only charged for my sandwich. I said why are you giving me it for free the answer we didn't have what you asked for I went out of my way to satisfy you and hoping you will stop by this Starbucks again for many more years to come. I was extremely happy with the experience and yes this will be my go to Starbucks when in that area. It's places like this that I would live to see more of that makes the fast-food industry better than what people think. Go there enjoy the people...
Read moreI was at this location on 9/16. I placed a mobile order to be picked up. There was several people waiting at the counter. Everyone’s super busy because it was rush-hour. I see two out of my three food items. None of the employees not once acknowledge myself, or any of the other customers waiting. I’ve been waiting 20 mins for a food item. So now the other two items are cold, I see one of them making food and I asked about the item I’m waiting on, he just says oh we’re out of those. I’m just like OK well which other ones do you have? I said OK make me those. Another 15 minutes go by and he’s making everybody else’s food and clearly forgot to put in mine. At this point I’m annoyed because the other food is already cold and he clearly forgot so I left. Read moreI try not to get on here and leave bad reviews because I also work in the service industry. But the service here is so CONSISTENTLY bad I had to post something. The baristas are so rude, and if you say anything about your drink, even as polite as possible, they give horrible attitude. They act so inconvenienced by any question about your order, that THEY got wrong in the first place. I would continue to come because the drive through is so convenient, but honestly, it’s not worth the aggravation. 90% of the employees there make it obvious they don’t want to be there. And where is management? Every time I go they are non existent. This location was so much better before the renovation. I don’t know what changed, maybe the management? But it’s gone downhill.
