Iām extremely disappointed that the associates of this location would take a 100% tip from me but not provide the drink that I asked for. I asked for a pour over because all their new machines do not make good tasting coffee. It isnāt just this location. Itās at every location. Iāve tried. Itās not the beans. Itās not the employees. Itās the new machine and intentionally diminished quality. You couldāve raised prices, but donāt make disgusting coffee. I paid a lot extra for my pour over only to have them pretend to make a pour over and use that disgusting machine instead. Shame. I donāt know what everybodyās problem is with the poor over method, but I have consistently received more attitude about it over the past year. Yet the associates will run around, pumping this that and the other, taking forever to make some sugary drink. But they wonāt take a few seconds to pour some additional water over coffee? Our town is about preserving quality of life here. Go to window the girl says they are making my frappes, minute later tells me now strawberry purĆ©e just ran out, gives me part of my order and itās wrong. I ask for a refund of the size difference and was told I need to give drink back for that. Why? I ordered Venti you just need to refund difference between that and grande. Then I just say refund whole order, manager says we need the drink back all together then. Wow! I say canāt they read orders, manager says well they are young. Now your manager is discriminating against your employees. This is a newly opened location and if the excuse from your manager why orders are not correct is that employees canāt read because they are young and your short staffed. My total for a cold brew large and some egg bites was $13 and change and that's a ridiculous amount for breakfast. However the young lady helping me was absolutely incredible. What a sweetheart. This was a Monday at 7am and not gonna lie the brew was delicious and the young man that made my coffee made an incredible sugar free cold foam that tasted heavenly. He made it up himself with I think low-fat milk and sugar free vanilla. The egg bites were also freakin delicious not gonna lie. She taught me how to order again next time because I didn't know cold brew came with ice in it. Takes up too much of the cup that should be coffee. Next time I'll know how to order.
