4.51 out of 5 Really Cool concept to "hustle" slices and jars of cheescakes as a pop up Truck/Tent #CheesecakeDealer. For those that don't make cheesecakes, these pieces of art need at least a full day in the refrigerator after baking to set in order to be sliced. I give them major kudos for being able to have so many flavors and varieties available with beautiful aesthetics. Bravo! The caramel apple sliced one and the pumpkin jar were my favorites of what I sampled. They were both "spot on" for the season and I highly recommend them. If I were to make any minor critique I would say I found the price point a bit high, (but worth supporting a local rockstar in my opinion who is doing this very difficult thing which i commend) and the 'original ny style jar', had slightly too much lemon flavor coming through for what I was expecting and the tiramasu slice (which was beatifully presented) needed a bit more espresso and spice flavoring but was still delicous. They sold a lot in the day and still had a good amount of flavors left by the time I purchased. I like a pretty basic flavor profile so I went with the simple Oreo for a little flare.
