Wong's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Horrible food. Took a hour and 15 min to deliver the food. The delivery driver charged us $1 and change more then the receipt. The food was luke warm. We Ordered chicken and rice soup got chicken and rice but there was no liquid. They said that's what happens the rice sucks up all the juice. ?? I have never had that problem before. Chicken chow Mein was not even edible. I ordered extra chicken but there was aprox. 6 pieces of chicken. Just vegetables. There wasn't any juice in the container it has spilled out in the bag it was enclosed in because they didn't even bother to close the container. Fried dumplings were soggy and they didn't send any sauce. Fried shrimp was nothing but batter with very small shrimp. I called to complain and after I was told they would give me my money back which I did not ask for, but I had to come get it. I had the food delivered for a reason. Then the manager got on the phone and said the food was fine I wasn't hungry enough. She went on to say They have had the same cook for 28 years and there is no difference in the food. I have ordered from them off and on for 7 years the food is never consistent. We keep trying b/c my husband likes the egg rolls, but I will never order from them again. The manager actually said I should save the food until tomorrow and then package it up and bring it back to her so she could determine if it was bad. They would not send anyone back out to pick up the food that they ruined. $60 for food was thrown in the trash. Horrible food and manager. There are too many restaurants with good food to even bother eating here. Complete waste of time,...

Truly truly disappointed with the customer service. They lost a repeat customer just now. CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM HERE- THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Food is good but this time around they forgot to put something in my order and when I called back about it the lady was adamant that she had not forgot anything, she "fixes up the order herself and there is only two people working there" but I TOO am 120% positive they forgot one of my entrees. There are no boxes that someone in my house snuck into their room and there is nothing in the garbage. So after this phone call she told me to go check again and I did because I really do enjoy the food here but I wasn't wrong. There is nothing but I'm pretty sure the lady thought I was trying to steal food or something but I'm just a regular teen trying to buy food for my fam.

The point is I've been a customer for years, since I was a child and I love this food place like I'm always getting the same thing- a family package and as of right now I'm always the guy who gets the food for my family HOWEVER I won't be ordering from here again just on principal. I paid like $36 to feed my family of 5 and um you forgot my chicken, LADY! so thanks for your "customer service" but that's not how you run a business because profits are important but so are loyal customers. JUST LOST ONE. And this is the most I've written for any review but it's because this is truly heartbreaking ugh. BEWARE! TEST YOUR LUCK IF YOU TRY TO...

Just got done with the baseball game my family was hungry so we chose this place on the way home. Now take out Chinese food is takeout Chinese food, you don't expect terrific food. A family of five...when one person complains about the food you kind of blow it off, but when all five people are complaining about the crab rangoons have spoonfuls of onions in them, I mean so much onions in them that you couldn't even see any of the crab meat or the cream cheese. And it tasted like I bit into an onion. (GROSS). The egg rolls are very overcooked and Extremely dry. The steam dumplings were MUSH. And worst of all, the five of us thought the beef lo mein was mushy and the beef was rock hard. So husbad took back practically all of our food. Except for maybe 4 crab rangoons and an Eggroll we ended up throwing away. The lady up front told my husband he was wrong and her food was fine and he was the one with the problem, that me and my family were the problem... not her food. She just kept yelling it at my husband's face. My husband is very sweet very quiet, hates confrontation, so he just let her yell at him. $40 in food she would only give us $20 back!! I do not recommend this terrible Chinese food...
