I ordered 6 taco Tuesday hard shell tacos (.99 each) & 2 large potatoe oles (2.99 each) which comes to $11.92 before tax. They rang it up as a six pack and a pound (12.99 each) & up charge for the large potatoe oles (1.00) which comes to $13.99 before tax. When I talked with the manager asking for the overcharge back, I was told he would report me for theft and to not come back, then he shut the window in my face. What he did is illegal. It is a form of bait and switch. Is I did receive the right food, but was charged $2.00 more because of the way they rang it up in the register. All I was requesting was for the $2.00 they over charged to be refunded. Please do not go to this specific store. The three Taco John's in Cedar Rapids do not treat their customers with this severe form of disrespect. The cashier I dealt with was very kind and respectful. The manager was rude and disrespectful.
