I placed a mobile order and have visited this location for years. I pulled up at the time the time the Arby’s app directed me to and was greeted by a voice that was rude and told me in a condescending voice, “it’s not ready yet, you have to pull up and wait 10 minutes and pull back through.” I said okay, and she proceeded to justify her statement with, “ oh ya we get 15 minute window.” She proceeded to chuckle while she had a conversation with herself continuing on justifying why it was not ready. Mind you, I have said nothing derogatory nor did I challenge any of her statements. When I came back through, she greeting me at the window with a scowling look and handed the bags to me and drinks. I said, “May I please have some sauces?” She started with, “ They are already…” then I guess recalled she had never asked me if I would like sauce, as the normal employees I have dealt with in the past have always done. She sighed really hard and at this point I’m thinking, I just paid $44 for 3 meals and this is how I am being treated. I said can I just have a few of each. She said, laughing at me, “No I need a number” I said, “ You know you could be a little nicer.” This is the first cross words I had at this point and she raised her voice and said, “I’m not being rude to you!” I said you have been rude since I came through the drive thru the first time.” She said, “ Why because I asked you to pull around!!” I said, “No ma’am, It’s how you asked me to pull around.” I proceeded to state what’s the difference if I pulled through the drive-through and ordered? She then proceeded to look back at her employee behind her and ask if I’ve been rude at all to this customer, and he nodded his head no. I said you know what you obviously have no customer service skills you’ve been rude to me from and I will not be visiting this establishment ever again because of this experience. She walked and said fine! I proceeded to let her know I would share my experience and reviews. She proceeded to laugh at me and state that she was the GM and nothing would happen if I did I asked what her name was. She said Mandy. I told her there is a corporate office for Arby’s and she said it doesn’t matter on the GM. I was having a great day before I drove through to pay $44 for a meal only to have the general manager of the establishment be rude to me then argue about it and include her employees with it. I would not visit this establishment and spend one dime of my money to be treated this way. I hope this review helps others avoid wasting their money. She made it queer that she could care less about how I was treated and that my money was well spent to her bank account despite my experience. I did nothing wrong with place an order and provide profit to this Arby’s location. To boot, she told me she would pray for me and slam the window closed in my face. I would hate to see what she would do to someone that actually didn’t respond as calmly as...
Read moreWent thru drive thru last night, due to inside being closed for some reason. Had a coupon 3 for 7 roast beef classics. Ordered at total of 15 sandwiches with that coupon, also order 2 beef&cheddars, along with 2 chicken bacon swiss. Almost $60 worth of food. When ordering, specified we would need a few extra packs of arby sauce, due to that being the only sauce everyone eats, even offered to pay for extra if need be. Once we received our food, I doubled checked it and noticed a low amount of sauce. Counted it and there was 14 packs of sauce. I had 19 items. So I didn't even have 1 sauce per item. So I asked if I could have a few more packs so everyone could have at least one for their food, when really it's takes at least 2 to have enough. But when ask, I was flat out told no, that she has been told to not give out extra sauce, so I then reminded her that it wouldn't be extra, I didn't even have 1 for each sandwich. I normally wouldn't even make a deal out of something so petty but the attitude in saying pretty much to deal it, kinda didnt sit...
Read moreAt first we thought we'd have to find another place to eat. The drive through was packed and a sign on the door said "DRIVE THROUGH ONLY." But as we walked up to the door at 12:20 on 12/4/22, the cashier was removing the signs. They had enough employees to open the dining room. We're glad they did.
We each had the Arby Classic, but Husband had the medium combo - more meat on his sandwich, medium curly fries and a medium drink. Both of us enjoyed the hot sandwiches and he shared his hot fries!
While we sat and ate we saw a steady stream of customers in the drive through and inside. The place is clean, and the choice of 2 kinds of cold tea & a dozen soft drinks - not including water, my favorite - was nice.
The bathrooms are clean and are for one person for wheelchair maneuverability. But there is no way to open the door inside (door goes in) if you are in a wheelchair. Or it would be difficult. They need a touch pad to open the door to be fully...
