I am a super regular customer here—I go all the time with my boyfriend, sometimes more than once a day. The food is good, and the service is usually fine, if a little terse.

However, tonight I tried to go. We were planning on ordering to go while waiting in the restaurant, since the hours posted say they close at 9 on all days but Sunday, and it is a Thursday. I got there about 8:15, and waited around for about 5 minutes completely unacknowledged. I know that kitchen staff saw me because we walked past the front to sit down, which is the usual procedure. Finally, I stood up and flagged down a server, who had clearly been ignoring us on purpose. Mind you, this is with about 40 minutes until they are closing according to all signage posted both outside the restaurant and online.

I asked her if they were still serving food. She said, “We close at 8:30.” While I have worked in the service industry for a long time and understand not wanting to start a new order close to close, it has been my experience that you take orders UNTIL you close. Perhaps that is not their policy, but it is still highly unprofessional. Regardless, though, it was very clear to me that she was lying and they did, in fact, close at 9, since that is what all signs had said and I am quite certain I have actually eaten at this establishment later than 8:30 on many occasions (since, as I mentioned, I come here quite regularly.) I then said, “It says 9 on your website,” and she kind of shrugged and said “No, we close at 8:30.” She then offered us food to go, but as we had become pretty upset at this point because it was clear she just didn’t want to do her job, we said we would prefer to eat somewhere else and left.

I have worked in the service industry for a long time, and I understand not wanting to serve close to the time of closing. However, this seemed like a deliberate lie in order to not do her job. According to all information posted, they were open for 45 more minutes when I entered the restaurant, and 40 more when I was finally able to talk to an employee. This is really disappointing, as between my boyfriend and I, we probably spend about 70 dollars a week here as we think it’s some of the better Mexican food in town. I, however, will not be returning. What a...

I would rate zero stars if possible. I ordered a chorizo tostada and a chicken enchilada to go a couple days ago. When I got home, I had two chorizo enchiladas. I called immediately to let them know my order was incorrect and would come back to return it. They said they were closing soon. I could hear the hostess talking to the cook- he asked if the order was correct, she said yes. I said, “If you can hear me, the order is incorrect.” I was then hung up on. I called back, spoke to the cook, he said they do not make tostadas. I went in the next day to speak with the manager, she was very unfriendly and insisted she would only give me restaurant credit, then said she would give me cash, but I would have to come back another day, as she had no money in the cash register. I went back to receive my refund, she charged me $3 for using a debit card and was extremely rude. Also, a few months ago I ordered huevos rancheros, which I used to get frequently and was told they do not serve that. I was told a couple days ago by the cook and the owner it is their specialty… If you are looking for friendly customer service, I highly suggest going...

My husband and I stopped in around 10am for breakfast. We both ordered the French toast platters. The sausages were excellent and the eggs were cooked perfectly medium (which is rare to get just right). Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was hit or miss. The French toast didn’t have much flavor, and the hash browns came out soggy instead of crispy.

A few service issues stood out as well. We were brought syrup in hot containers before our food arrived, but by the time our plates came out the syrup had already cooled off. I also never received a straw for my water, my husband had to grab hot sauce from another table, and when I asked for a to-go box I wasn't aknowledged and when it was dropped on the table it was more thrown without a word.

Overall, the place has potential especially with breakfast served all day and some items prepared really well but the attention to flavor, detail, and service could use...

Come support this amazing and local family-owned “delicious!” (en serio, es delicioso) “Delicias” Valley Cafe! Great food, wonderful people, festive ambience and wow have you seen their plants? Such a happy getaway from the bustling day outside. Had the enchiladas and postres after…. Sooooo good! The coffee was perfect ☕️, too. Support them and come say hi if you do because I’m definitely coming back! 🤗✨ really great place - come support it! *PS sorry there’s a bite out of the peach pancake in the photo, but I couldn’t wait! 😋😂👍🏼

This small family run business is the best Mexican restaurant with regards to service and quality. The owners Lupe and Carlos are friendly, hardworking, generous community minded people who will treat you right. Interesting and unique dishes for any taste buds. The flan is to die for! A great place to host a party too. And they can hook you up with a fantastic mariachi band! Nicely decorated and a quiet space for a relaxed unch or elegant dinner.

The food was good, and the service was very friendly, although slow due to a couple of large groups that came in before us. We had juevos divorcados (like rancheros with two sauces) and chilaquiles. Both were good, although being served less than a teaspoon of guacamole was disappointing. Also paying $2.95 per cup of coffee was a bit much, but overall the place was pretty decent.
