We have been eating Wild Yeast bread for years. It's actually the only bread we buy. The crust is insanely crispy and the inside is bubbly and chewy with a tangy taste - just like it should be. Their whole grains are locally sourced and processed and their dough does not contain any additives or conditioners. Our freezer is always overflowing with different versions of their delicious sourdough. We're also fond of their holiday Rye Gingerbread. This year we reserved three loaves. Read moreIt was my first time visiting this bakery. The staff were super friendly and warmly greeted me and took my orders. It has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You can even see bakers baking breads in the ovens. I ordered a Swedish cardamom bun, a cranberry orange scone, a latte and a steamed milk. Everything was very tasty. I especially liked the Swedish cardamom bun as it reminded me my childhood memories and delicious Persian pastries.
