We went to this place when we watched Shen Yun. We chose it because it's convenient, right next to Segerstrom and because I have limited mobility (with crutches although not permanent), Their handicap ramp is several steps away which would require me to walk even farther to get up to the restaurant. Even though their receptionist saw me coming in, he did not even bother opening the door for me. He just looked at me as if I was not struggling to open the door with 2 crunches on. We were very impressed with this place. The service was meticulous and very hospitable. We walked in without a reservation, and the hostess did everything she could to get us seated. The maitre'd made sure the busboy cleaned the chairs and the the counter before we were seated at the bar. We observed the bartender quickly inspecting every glass before pouring wine. He was also very attentive. The bar is well stocked with a good variety of scotch and other whiskies. The food is pricey, and the portions are small.
