As much I used to love coming here, my most recent visit was so disappointing. My friend and I came in got a full set done. Upon arrival we were both asked if we had a design or idea of how we wanted our nails. We both provided our ideas. The two nail techs looked flustered and annoyed that my friend and I wanted designs. She wanted a mummy and I wanted spider webs. My tech started on my nails and right away noticed that she was annoyed. I noticed a lot of my nails were looking very lumpy and I let my tech know and she just said okay. She attempted to fix them but was more concern about time. Mind you, my friend and I had an appointment and even arrived 30mins prior just in case. Once she was done and attempted to do the spider web design she became more and more frustrated. I understand that not all places can do nail designs, but please work with your costumers, instead of doing a half job. After that whole thing, I was charged $60 for my nails. The nail tech mentioned about 4 times as we were paying, don’t forget to tip. This is my last time coming here after recommending this place to many people. I've been meaning to post a review for a while now. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

Pre-Covid, I finally found my nail spot. Quality was great, cost was affordable, everything was clean, staff was super friendly and nice, they were honest with wait times, and I could go on. So many positives and LiLi also does a great job with dip manicures!

Then Covid happened and come the end of June, I was in a wedding and checked to see if they were open so my nails could look nice. I was in luck as they just opened a few days prior to me calling! I wasn't sure what to expect - I trusted them, but I wanted to make sure I still took all necessary precautions on my end to stop the spread. I was SO impressed with all of the measures and precautions they took to open their business back up safely. They are literally the example many others should follow. Sure things are different, but that's expected everywhere. I felt so comfortable during my time there and left not only with good nails, but I left calm knowing they were looking out for everyone's health.

Despite some of the bad reviews on here, I decided to give this place a try for a basic pedicure and I'm glad I did!

Parking was easy, I was greeted right away as a walk-in, and even though there was a short 5 to 10 minute wait, they set me up in a massage chair and let my feet soak while I waited. A woman at the front desk checked in with me frequently to make sure the water temperature was comfortable, asked if I wanted water, etc. I felt very attended to even though the session had not even started yet.

The receptionist and my technician were both very kind and professional. Some reviews here mentioned getting hurt during their session, but I didn't experience that at all. Nails were cut with 0 pain and not overcut. I got a great foot massage. The tech did a fantastic paint job, and at the end I was not made to feel guilty for not having cash for a tip. The receptionist offered up front to add tip to the card, which I appreciated with this being a last minute decision to get the pedicure.
