Cashier sitting on a chair, didn't think to ask if I needed a bag for the 6 items I purchased in addition to 2 venti Americanos? Ok...? So I ask for a bag & instead of putting my purchases inside one for me.. she just hands me a closed one to do it instead myself? Ok...? Read moreI have been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for over a year, visiting twice daily. Unfortunately, my experiences have left me disappointed with the level of customer service.
My husband and I consistently felt unwelcomed, as the employees never greeted us and seemed to view our requests as inconveniences. This lack of friendliness coupled with the noticeable sense of clique among the staff made the environment very uncomfortable for us.
The consistent attitude, and negative looks from the staff have made our visits less enjoyable. We hope that the management can address these concerns promptly.

Read moreVery unhappy. They had just finished closing the doors when I arrived. There were still at least five or six people sitting at the outdoor tables drinking coffee. There was still one person inside using their laptop and drinking coffee. My son (4 years old) needed to use the restroom really badly as I told the worker through the window, but she absolutely would not let me in to use the restroom.
