Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robins — Restaurant in Cottage Grove

Kaylee the manager is the worst worker ever and has a horrible attitude. She is 100% comfortable being rude to customers. Not greeting them or willing to help out when there is a line. She doesn’t even smile…ever. All she wants to do is pretend to clean behind the counter while serenity does everything. Definitely not manager material at all. Serenity is friendly but gives small scoops of ice cream and is pretty slow moving. This location is poorly managed and I believe it’s worth the drive to head to Woodbury or any other location. I went to get a small Iced coffee and Large Ice water and the lady charged me for the water and avoided giving me a reciept.. imagine being a paying customer and you cant even get a cup of water for free. Not only that she had a bad attitude and all I did was give my order no other words were exchanged?😂 I dont think ill be back. Not to mention the dirty cup top…...
