Employees are friendly however, there is literally no point in placing an order online because the people that show up and place their order in person will get their order pushed ahead of yours. Today I placed my order at 11:21am and I showed up to the store 40 minutes after placing my order. I was expecting to just walk in and grab my order because it had already been 40 minutes since I placed the order. When I arrived, they told me it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. Finally, after 20 minutes my drinks were ready. My total wait time after placing my order through the app was 58 minutes. So, if you choose to go here, there is no point in ordering through the app. Show up in person or go through the drive through. Youāll have to wait but at least you wonāt have the disappointment of expecting your order to be ready just to find out that everyone who showed up in person got their order pushed ahead of yours. I used to go here several times a week but I have decided to go to the one in the city that I work. They always have it ready to go and all I have to do is walk in and grab it from the counter. The way it should be! 58 minutes is outrageous for drinks....

Even when I order extra early, my drink is never ready and sometimes not even started. Today, was the last straw. They put my drink over by the drive thru, I'm waiting....I spoke up, its warm, they kindly remade it, wrong. Left with the correct coffee, but there were four employees working at 6pm accomplishing little, not helping one another and no line of customers in the store. The 1 customer before me was exasperated and waiting as well as the 1 customer who arrived after me. I hope they eventually got their drink because pacing wasn't going to get this staff's attention. When there are customers standing to pickup for extended periods employees should make eye contact and ask what drink they are waiting for. Every employee seemed socially scared and couldn't prioritize. As a note. The gentleman working that evening was apologetic and he has always been courteous and friendly when I've been there and was the only one who responded when I had to loudly ask if they had a coffee for me cause no one would look at me...

I have witnessed the manager be extremely disrespectful to her employees. Iāve seen her yell and treat them horribly, and this has poured/carried over to her customers.
As a mother, when our children are always watching what we tolerate, I can no longer go to this Starbucks due to the manager accusing me of stealing water after spending thousands of dollars at Starbucks (and the manager being extremely rude to me in front of my kid for asking for getting water with my coffee).
Iām very disappointed, and am sad to see this carry over / spread here. They were very rude to myself, my family, and friends of mine who have gone here.
Iāve never been treated so poorly. I know all of the employees by their names, and have gotten to know them personally, so Iām really disappointed with what happened.
My wish is the employees get the respect they deserve, and donāt reflect poorly to customers.
