Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

The manager of this location on Madison Avenue in Council Bluffs is very rude. She should not be in this position. I will not visit this location anymore. We used to frequent this store every day. We would spend $13 each visit. No way will I contribute to this managers salary. Whatever her pay is... is way too much. She should find a line of work that has nothing to do with customer service. Scooters you may want to do something with this one. I asked for my carmelicious to be remade because it was made wrong. Instead I got a lecture about franchises and why she doesn't work with other franchises. I never asked about franchises. I asked for my drink to be made correctly. I asked for a manager and she answered in a snooty voice I am the manager. The other young lady working kept waving at us as she knows we go there a lot She does a good job. Sorry to say Scooters bye bye from a loyal customer...

They’ve got a fricken NASCAR pit crew in there, good lord I didn’t even need the coffee after I pulled out the lot. I usually go to the Broadway locations by my work this was my first time at this location was a bit nervous pulling in because the line was wrapped around the parking lot and even into the street! This girl out there taking orders comes up to my car hyping me up talking about go ahead keep up with the line while she’s running beside my car taking my order, get to the window one girl is mentioning the app to me like it’s the fine print on an infomercial and then another girl comes from far left and fricken touchdowns my drink and sand which threw my window like she just won the Super Bowl I have never in my life seen this kinda service! I need a fricken nap I’m outta breath y’all...

The last two times I have been to this Scooter's location; my beverages have been disgusting. I usually go through the drive thru. I've never had a problem with this business. I've usually been satisfied with what I've ordered. The baristas at the drive thru window are rude. They don't seem to care about the quality of the products they are selling or their customers. I ordered a hot drink and it tasted like the milk had been burnt. The cold drink tasted as though the ingredients used were expired.

I will no longer be going to this location or any Scooter's location. I want good coffee made by baristas who care about their customers. I'll be going...
