I placed an online carry out order and paid for it then. I live about 20 minutes from this location so I grabbed it since I was in the vincinity. I looked at my pizzas before I left. Everything seemed fine. While eating my second slice, I bite into bacon. I don’t eat pork. At this point I examined the pizzas more closely. There was bacon on both of my spinach, onion, and pineapple pizzas. I didn’t notice them at first because they looked like the sauce. I immediately called the store. The first employee I talked to was unsure as to what he could do telling me they could probably remake the pizzas and I could come get them. I told him that wasn’t okay because I didn’t want to drive to them. At this point had I been offered free delivery we’d have had no problem but not once was that offered. After a couple of minutes with this young man putting me on hold to verify what he was saying, a woman got on the phone. She answered and asked me about my order and how I paid which annoyed me because I had just explained everything to the young man but I repeated myself. She gave me two options 1. They could remake the pizzas and I could come pick them up or 2. I could get a credit for a future order. I told her I wanted my money refunded since I didn’t want to drive back up there and no feasible solution had been reached. Once I requested a refund she told me to hold on so she could figure out how to refund my money. After a minute or so a man, who I later identified as manager Billy, picked up the phone and asked How can I help you. I told him I was holding for a woman because my order was incorrect to which he responded yeah I know so how can I help you. I asked him if he’d like for me to repeat my issues for a third time. To which he responded she told you what she could do. I repeated the two options I was given and told him they weren’t acceptable. He then said with an attitude “well to give you a refund you’d have to come to the store with the pizzas and the pizza labels.” I told him okay and asked his name. About 20 minutes later I arrived at Dominos, I explained my situation for a fourth time to a young woman at the register, I also showed her the bacon on the pizzas, she said oh man yeah I see them, let me get my manager. Billy came to the register and didn’t acknowledge me. He began typing something on the computer then another. He then took out his cellphone and made a call he was talking to someone affiliated with dominos I assume because he was retelling my issue in a frustrated tone asking how he could even give me my money back. After about 10 minutes of being on his phone and playing with the computer, he says here which is the first time he’s acknowledged me and hands me some cash. I ask for a receipt and he says I can’t get you one this the fastest way to get you yo money. My two biggest issues are that I wasn’t offered free deliivery of an order they ruined and that the manager lacked customer service skills by poorly dealing with me. If this is the stores leadership, I can only imagine the...
Read moreThe worse pizza experience ever. I have used the Domino's Pizza online app to order before, but never at this location. I chose to utilize the curbside delivery option. I placed the order, and then left my residence heading to the restaurant. I pulled into the business p/l and observed that there were no parking spaces in the entire p/l. I circled the p/l for several minutes when I observed a vehicle with their hazard lights flashing. I assumed that vehicle was about to leave so sat near that vehicle waiting for them to exit the p/l. Approximately 5 minutes later I observed a Domino's pizza employee bringing a pizza order to that vehicle. That vehicle then exited the parking space and I parked in that space. I opened my Domino's pizza app and pressed the "here" application which signaled to the business I was there to pick up my order. The app directed me to initiate my hazard lights which I did. I sat there for approx. 15 minutes. My order should have been bought to my car, but was not. I turned off my hazard lights and entered the business. I was the 4th person in line inside. The 1st customer (wm) picked up his order and advised he had been waiting for a long time and the cashier didn't charge him. The next 2 customers picked their order. The cashier/manager gave me my order. I explained that my order was late and advised that it was supposed to be a curbside pickup. The female advised they were short staffed and they were unable to bring the order to my car even though I had observed them bring an order to another vehicle just before I entered the business. Then the cashier/manager refused to even discount my order which was over 20 minutes late and was supposed to be a curbside pickup. $40 order was refunded. I'm done with Domino's all together. Not just this location in Covington. That cashier was a straight nasty. Implying that the customer is to blame for Domino's being understaffed. I wont...
Read moreWas possibly the worst experience ever, can't remember another experience that was worwe. I ordered online, arrived at the store approximately 15 minutes later. They didn't appear very busy, but it still took another 10 min for my pizza to be ready. After the 5th or 6th time of the employees asking my name, then publicly laughing about and seemingly intentionally getting my name wrong, my l pizza arrived at the counter. Already extremely dissatisfied I took it to the car before I opened. When I opened it, the pizza was about 3/4 the size it should have been. I went back in the store, at which point the employees began snickering again, then another guy came to the counter and asked what was wrong. I showed him the pizza and he explained it wasn't stretched properly and offered to make me another one. At this point I was beyond dissatisfied and explained that to him on my way back out the door. I'm usually not racially sensitive that I'm aware of, but all of the employees laughing and snickering were of a different race. They didn't treat the previous 2 customers as disrespectfully as I was, actually treated them with courtesy. I really don't want to make it about race, just merely an observation. I am white, the rudely mannered employees were black, as well as the previous 2 customers. Y'all make your own judgement, I just know I will never go back to that store and more than likely am done with Dominos all together. Shame on y'all for such a pathetic display of customer service(lack thereof) and possibly just plain out racism. Extremely dissatisfied just can't really capture how bad of an...
