I went in ordered a sandwich and bought a bag of chips to complete my purchase. My form of PMT was a Jimmy John's gift card I was using for the 1st time. For some reason the card terminal wasn't reading the card after I and the cashier tried swiping several times. Her excuse was funds were never put onto the card even though I had already checked the balance a few days prior. I stepped aside so she could take other orders while I pulled up their website to check the balance and boom! $10 on the card. I showed her and she went to the back to call the general manager. She came back out and manually typed my card into her computer , which I was thinking she should have done that after swiping didn't work. The order was successful. Read moreI came in and ordered 2 sandwiches. One giant Spicy Italian with peppers, oregano & basil; the second is Regular Italian with Dijon mustard (also giant).
When I got my sandwiches, there is only 1 giant and an 8” - which was not a huge deal.
But upon opening the sandwiches, BOTH SANDWICHES WERE NOT MARKED, BOTH HAS PEPPERS, and BOTH ARE SPICY ITALIAN. I ordered the regular Italian sandwich for someone who cannot handle peppers.
There are 3 crews in the store and I was the only customer at that time - I am sure they are not busy.
Hope they will pay close attention to orders. My fault was not checking the receipt and not realizing that both were rung as Spicy Italian. But I had full confidence that the staff are capable of handling the orders correctly - I guess I was wrong!

Read moreBoth times I have placed an order ahead online, I have waited more than 20 minutes upon arriving at the store for my food to be ready. They seem to prioritize anyone who is ordering in the store. Everyone who was in line (which was out the door) had received their food before I received mine. So it’s basically pointless to order ahead.
The manager had left during this busy time to get Starbucks for the employees (a nice gesture but poor timing?).
They also don’t deliver to my home even though I can complete an order via Doordash. The manager had to call me to tell me they cancelled the order because their drivers don’t go to my neighborhood.
