The whole experience top to bottom was a WEIRD mess. Ive been to this location just a couple of time over the last few years and the one I had today will go down as probably the oddest experience I’ve had at a restaurant ever. I show up almost 15 mins after my ordered said it would be ready and after I get into the place, I’m ‘greeted’ by a rude, very confused looking young female employee who asks my name and says my order is still baking but on its way out. No problem I wasn’t really in a rush, but I waited an additional 10 mins and finally she calls my name and just hands me the pizza and since I was paying cash I said.. well now I have to pay for it don’t I….? She barely looked at me and just left and I stood there a sec and she comes back and I hand her my money and starts making change only to stop and just stand there and stare into the money drawer, not saying anything. For a good minute.😂😂 I’m thinking what is going on right now.. she then tells me to check the pizzas make sure they’re good. Um ok..? At this point I’m ready to just get out of there. As she is still making my change she’s again confused so I said don’t worry about the small coins, but kept asking me if I wanted my dollars. Man it was so awkward and unsettling, something about that whole experience weirded me out. But of course I go home only to look at one of the pizzas in my order and not surprised how the toppings were just raw and thrown on top, as well as limp noodle dough. Wow. Hopefully someone can step in and guide their operation with a standard beyond mediocre. Marcos pizza really used to have a great reputation for quality. Then double charged me. So i went to the buisness to correct the charge and pick ip my pizza. I was charged 21.93 twice. So 43.86 for 1 pizza. They could not help me. Yes they ran my card 2 times. The manager Tommy said for me to come by the next day and he would correct it. I go by on my way home and guess what he isn't even there!!!! And on top of that, my pizza, since i picked it up, should have been 18.19. And the employees called tommy and he said "im on my way. Tell him to wait 5 more minutes."
