So I went in and placed an order for two burger meals and a kids chicken nuggets meal. I waited for 20 minutes and they never got my food, they served all the drive through and then went and hid in the back of the kitchen. Finally, The manager on shift finally came and asked if I was waiting on something and I told her that the order was on the screen prior to them clearing the entire board I'm pretty sure it was whatever the number was but the Kiosk didn't print my receipt. While all this was going on she mumbling she ain't got no receipt but I'm gonna give it to her. So she gave me two of the meals and one drink, when I asked for the other meal and two drinks she said she would have to pull the order up. So she pulls up the order and gives me another burger meal (not the right one but I'm done at this point) and my drinks and when I ask for my receipt that she printed she just walked away with it. So whoever is running this "fast" food restaurant needs to get some better quality staff. No they don't need $15/hr if they can't even get a simple order right or do things the right way. Thank you for reminding me why I don't go to fast food very often since, it's faster to go to the Mexican restaurant across the street with my whole family to get sat, served, eat, and get out the door in the same...
Read moreWent last night after work, ordered 2 of the $5 bundles. When I got there, one customer was in the drive through and got his order as I was pulling around. After pulling up to get mine I was asked to pull forward and it would be brought out. After 15 minutes they had me and at least 5-6 others cars parked waiting for orders, even though a few were handed bags quickly once they ran out of spots to ask people to wait. After going in the manager was giving attitude over being asked why I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, and so many others cars parked. She claimed they were obviously busy not realizing I was the first vehicle to be in the drive through line. Meanwhile she was cutting up with employees getting off shift, and making sure their orders were made before the paying customers. All in all this McDonald’s is the worst in the area, their service sucks, and they get the orders wrong a lot of time. Even after having 15-20 minutes to get my order together, they still couldn’t manage to get the sauce for the nuggets in the bag. Not gonna speak on all who work there, but the lady I dealt with last night, and her attitude is a poor use of wage payments for that location. Read moreI rated this McDonalds a 5- Star Rating because of the friendly staff especially the upper management at this location. Drive thru is "In & Out" in a timely manner. Drive thru staff in general is very cheerful and welcoming. Food is "Hot & Fresh" allways especially the "Fries"/" Holiday Cookies" which is yummy. I recommend all my family and friends to this location.I visited this location again on the 01/01/2021 at around 4:40pm-4:48pm and order a "Fish Sandwich Combo" which was delicious because it is allways "Hot & Fresh" and Ms.Sarah(Manager on Duty) was taking my order thru the drive thru....I must say Ms.Sarah does make a customer feel at home and shes goes above and beyond her duties....making customers smile, one customer at a time! Ms.Sarah is allways in a happy mood and it rubs off on customers as myself and others! Ms.Sarah is a valuable asset to McDonalds organization and shes why I allways patronize this location! Ms.Blayr (Manager on duty) handing out the drive thru orders also does a great job with making sure the orders are correct and to make customers feel at home. I dont mind taking time out my day to recognize valuable assets to any organization such as what Ms.Sarah & Ms.Blayr display everyday there working...
