I was a bit disappointed that the tvs were playing the news and NFL network. Takes away from the immersion. If you’re going for Japanese vibes, find some Japanese media to incorporate. And for the music, I don’t mind having a mix of Sabrina Carpenter and Evanescence but it’s just a running YouTube channel. Read moreA unique idea, and well executed! The food was phenomenal. We got the Shiro (lemon zest and garci combo was sick) and the SoSeji (with some fire wagyu sausage and definite facades of Japan. Lemon zest and garlic combo was sick. On top of that, the staff was great! Janelle helped me out with a mistake I made, Lincoln came by to make sure our food was good, and another friendly dude made sure we were comfortable. LED stars in the ceiling.
