Wendy's — Restaurant in Covington

Walked into a CRAMPED "forced" (everything looked out of place) dining room, that was pretty clean and kept considering it was dinner rush. Employees were clean and well put together. They were very fast to acknowledge everyone who walked in, efficient taking orders and very very fast to serve our food (there were 4 of us) I was impressed at how quickly we got our food. And then we sat down and opened the meals up and now I know how they were able to get people in and out without waiting forever for their order. One burger was borderline raw and so cold the cheese couldn't even get to room temp! Little lone melt ... There was less then a full squirt of ketchup, mustard and mayo with over ripe tomatoes, the chicken nuggets were cold and and super hard! Like they had been sitting for waaaaay past their time. Fries were okay but kind of undercooked and the soda (every kind we tried) was FLAT? and overly sweet . The PLUS side is they REMADE ALL of our meals, and it was "ok" .. but then again, it's "fastfood" not a 5 star Restaurant. So I guess , it...

In my opinion Wendy's is one of the highest quality cheap fast food restaurants in business today. The ingredients are fresh, crispy lettuce, good tomatoes, and most importantly fresh unfrozen beef. The menu is diverse with healthier options like a baked potato or the amazing strawberry seasonal salad that's offered in the summer months. If healthy isn't top priority (let's face it, your buying fast food), then go no further than the Baconator burger! If you're already going that far might as well get the Baconator fries smothered in liquid cheese and covered in pieces of real bacon. The soft drinks are larger than average, a small soda is still really big and this location has the mixology style Coca-Cola machine that offers infinite flavor options. Drive thru stays open late which is great and the staff is quite friendly as well as confident. Of course they still offer the classic delicious frosty in chocolate or vanilla to perfectly round of a perfect comfort meal. Always a decent choice for...

Probably the best Wendy's I have ever been to. It's a brand new facility constructed last year in the city of Covington so everything is shining, gleaming, and clean. We absolutely love the four for 4$ special that comes with so much food that one cannot help to be feeling full after consuming such wonderful products that the store puts out. Every burger or chicken sandwich is hot, juicy and savory. The fries are always fresh, crisp, and having just the right amountt salt on them that it feels like they're made straight from your Mom's Kitchen. The beverage selection also cannot be beat. They have a wonderful soda dispensing fountain machine that has a plethora of flavors. You can mix and match everything from a Coke or an orange and toss in a spritz of raspberry or lime.
