I am a frequent customer. Management needs to train most of their staff to be courteous and friendly AND stop hiring people who don’t know how to communicate when they are on the blenders side of operations. If it’s taking longer because of an issue, COMMUNICATE THAT. Don’t just ignore until the customer inquires about their drink after 7 people that ordered after got their drinks, And then you get sass for asking! When a drink is ready, call out a NAME for the order, loudly, for the customers waiting to hear. Most of the staff whisper the drink name. This can cause confusion among the waiting customers and anyone can pick up the incorrect drink. Simple new work flows would suit this business and increase customer satisfaction. All of their ingredients are not fresh they are from concentrate and the menu seems to be way oversized
For a place called pulp... I expected a smaller menu and a high quality smoothie but for $10 i got concentrate heartburn instead
I ordered a carrot tumeric ginger
And the bottles Giant has of these blends are better.
I couldnt even taste any carrot it was concentrated sugar
I wouldnt dare recommend or return let alone go on...
