This location should just close! We’ve been burned three times in the last 2 months. 1st time, they were at least open but our online order was at least 40 minutes late from the time the app said it was supposed to be ready for pick up. 2nd time, ordered our food and again it was late. The 3rd time was the last straw! The app said the location was open and allowed us to place and pay for an order. Went to the restaurant and all of their doors were locked but two employees were inside working with all the lights on. We knocked on the glass window to get their attention but they both ignored us. We then knocked louder, again they pretended that they didn’t hear us. So we paid for our food already but got no food! Great! When I got home without our paid food, I called them. An employee finally answered and informed me that they’re indeed NOT open today. Then I asked why the Chipotle app allowed me to place an order then for this location? The employee said she can’t and didn’t control that and that I should go to the chipotle website to contact corporate for my refund. Chipotle food is OK but this location just can’t keep up with the demand anymore. The franchise owner need to stop being so cheap and hire more people or just get out and let corporate take it back and run it. This...
Read moreHi my name is Devin, I am using my friends email to share my review because I did not want to create a email I most likely won’t use and someone in the future would want or need. My review today is to bring attention to Maddie, Mel and Jeremy. I visited the 20024 rt19/cranberry location on 3/17/2021 and I am so grateful to have been so lucky to meet them. I am not from the area but when I’m in cranberry that is my favorite location, no matter who is working they are always so happy to help and to serve. I am unaware of the restrictions placed in cranberry/butler county so walking in i was embarrassed to learn I wasn’t even suppose to enter a line (that was not there) but to only order online. I am not a very tech savvy person and felt overwhelmed to think of mobile ordering or yet finding somewhere else to eat. Maddie went above and beyond by directing me to a safer location in the store where I was allowed to be and to even verbally give me step by step direction to order while still continuing to put love into the orders she was focusing her attention on. Long story short in today’s society you don’t come across genuine people like them. I want to sincerely thank them for their kind words, extreme patience and love for their job. GIVE THEM A RAISE,...
Read moreThis place has a cold, dark, loud, sterile-looking interior --- not conducive to a pleasant eating experience. We took our food home. (This was our first visit to Chipolte, so I'm not sure if all locations have similar decor.) It could have used some bright colors and more lighting. When we asked questions, the girl waiting on us spoke so fast we couldn't understand her. The food process was slow. I think it might go faster if one could check off what one wants on a small paper sheet or on computer screens, then just wait for the order to be filled. My husband's beef entree was tough and full of gristle. Our other entrees with carnitas and chicken were OK, but none of the food was hot. The burrito's tortilla tasted sweet and when we checked the online nutrition, it seemed like everything had way too much sodium. We decided we wouldn't go back, but when I complained online, we were sent a coupon for 2 free entrees, chips, guacamole, and 2 fountain drinks. We'll probably try a different location to see if...
