Taco Bell — Restaurant in Crest Hill

1/7/23: Yet again a lousy pickup. Did an online order. Missing a beefy 5 player burrito, no cinnamon or sugar on cinnamon on cinnamon twists, coffee machine broken, sodas only ¾ filled after foam settled, and worst of all tomatoes under the cheeses in a chalupa that was not supposed to have tomatoes and the person who ordered it is allergic to raw tomatoes! Would love an owner to call, because tried calling 5 x and got no answer. All young kids on duty! Cannot call customer service anymore, because it's all automated. Tried emailing in the past and never got any response back. I'm done with this taco bell!

Older: So greasy it soaks through and breaks corn tacos. Stale shells very often. Closes at 6pm now! Hire more staff or thin your staff over more hours. I see people lined up when you're lights are on and the store is closed late at night. You're missing out on so much business!

12/11/21 they updated their hours 2 weeks ago online and it says they close at MIDNIGHT. I placed an order and PAID FOR IT! Went to pick it up and they're CLOSED!!! Had to go back online and totally cancel my order. Then tried the mall location that had they closed at 11pm and they're closed before 10pm! Had 8 cars in line with the lights still on! You guys are missing out on so much late night business! I'm done...

Usually this location has pretty good service. Quick, clean, warm, polite. This is the first time I've been displeased here, which is why I'm still giving three stars. I was not very pleased with the service I received here yesterday. I don't know if they were just super busy, but I had to wait a pretty long time in the drive thru for my food. I'm not kidding it may have been about 15 minutes. The woman behind me left. I was understanding and patiently waited. Maybe someone had an issue, maybe they were understaffed, maybe a new guy was on his own. But when I finally got my food, not only was it not very warm there was sour cream and tomato all over the outside of the wrappers. The tacos were folded very poorly, if at all. And the tortillas of the soft shell tacos were sticking to the paper wrapper. I was asked if I wanted some sort or nacho cheese which I was initially surprised because for what I ordered (2 soft shell taco Supremes and 2 nacho cheese dorito loco's) I've never been asked that. I thought maybe it was something new, and decided I'd try it. I didn't even get...

I wish it were possible to give less than 1 star, because we never got food and we paid for it! We placed an order online, only to get to the store and find they were closed. I look and see 3 employees inside who are all just staring at me. BTW this was a rare occasion when this location actually had employees in the store at breakfast time. We called and was told the fryer was broken. (On the one day there are actually employees present at breakfast time, your fryer is broken? I’m not buying it. We asked about a refund from our online order and we’re told “I don’t know what to tell you about that”. When I asked why no one would come to the door to tell me that, a very rude man said “we don’t open the doors to random people”. When I pointed out that they are supposed to be open, and all of their customers are random people so that didn’t make sense, I was hung up on. This location is very rarely open when it is supposed to be and have the rudest, most inconsiderate employees I have ever encountered. How corporate offices are not getting involved is...
