McDonald's — Restaurant in Crestwood

I recently visited this McDonald's location for the first time and was very disappointed in the experience. I placed my order on one of the touch screens in-store and wasn't given a receipt with my order number because the printer was out of paper. I had to guess what number my order was by asking people around what their numbers were. Then, the women working behind the counter were announcing the wrong numbers. One of them was holding a bag with the number 655 on it and called it out as 657. This led to lots of confusion amongst myself and other customers. When I asked if it was 655 or 657, the woman holding the bag rolled her eyes at me despite my genuine confusion. When I received my order, my drink was missing, so I had to wait until someone would help me and ask for my drink. The friend that I was with ordered a box of 6 plain glazed Krispy Kreme donuts in the store but received a box of 6 assorted donuts. Had the day off from work and was watching Netflix on this rainy day. The movie I was watching was The Founder and somehow decided to get some McDonalds. The movie must have subliminal advertising or causes people to want to get McDonalds. Had to make a stop at a few stores in Crestwood and then decided to get a late afternoon snack at McDonald's. The location of the restaurant is perfect as it's right across from the schools and close to other attractions in the Crestwood area.

The drive-thru was busy and this restaurant has 2 drive-thru's and service was great. Definitely have to give kudos to the management for properly training their staff.

I was not pleased with a worker lighting up a cigarette right outside the door and not at least 8 feet from the building. I ended up seeing a driver plow into three cars two, three and four spaces from me, then back up into the first car, ripping the poor guy's bumper off. The teamwork that ensued as the driver sped off to get law enforcement engaged was some of the best I have seen. While I don't want to go back through that fiasco again, it might be worth it to see how things turned out. I felt so bad for the three people were hit and had I been one space over or she had started her rampage a few feet earlier, I would either be seriously injured or even dead.
