Five Guys — Restaurant in Culver City

I normally have a good review about five guys,but today's visit was different. Ordered my food and I was the ONLY one there that was waiting on a to go order. Got my food ,and after returning home, my burger looked like it was stepped on and my fries were cold and I asked for cajun fries with the cajun seasoning on the side...and they still salted my cold fries. I have always bought a burger from five guys that was lined up straight, and very uniform to quality, but not today. This food is too expensive for a burger joint to look like it was just thrown together. I'm not too sure i will be returning anytime soon. If the workers who work there ate allowed to do this, then that crew either needs to be retrained or fired....quality and customer service along with customer satisfaction will be the guarantee that I return again to buy the product from five guys. If the workers aren't doing the job to the fullest, then vet those workers and make sure they put out the quality food that five guys profess they have to sell. Meanwhile, I'll keep my money in my pocket,until they can get it right. So long...

The cashier who took my order was friendly enough. though I'm not really a fan of places that ask if you want a drink. If I wanted a drink, I'd've ordered one.

There was one order that came out before mine, and yet it still took ten minutes before I got my food. Fortunately I had the free peanuts to tide me over. Unfortunately, the ten minutes wasn't enough time for the cook to get my order right. No BBQ sauce to be found, even though it was listed on the receipt.

Note, I'm not reviewing the food itself, which is the same at every Five Guys location, at least the ones I've visited. Pretty good burger, and too many fries (which isn't a problem--just don't eat the ones you don't want, and they have three different sizes so if for some reason you love eating a pound of fries with your meal you can order a larger size than the small).

One good thing was this location now has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Though it costs more than at the other fast casual place that has one in...

I’m sorry but this place is a rip off and the presentation wasn’t good. I get it, the price has gone up but at least be considered with the presentation of your meals. I been here a few times and I had some few issues with the food but I never made review. Now, I have an issue with the food and the pricing which is was underwhelming for me. Yesterday (4/17/23) i spend about $60 on a cheeseburger, 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 regular fries, 1 large fries, 1 bacon hotdog and 2 regular drinks and the presentation looks soggy and overcooked. First, the bacon hotdog was not satisfied for me as the hot dog was cut in half and sprinkle some bacon on it. Not sure if comes wrapped or cut in half either way I wasn’t happy how it looked. Then the fries came a bit soggy and the patties was over cooked but we end up eating its because it’s a lot of money to be thrown away.
