Read moreBiggest regular &/or most common problems with CFA is their prices compared to portion sizes; prices keep getting higher while portion sizes keep growing smaller AND making the issues worse are when employees fail to fulfill orders correctly + in ways showing they understand & respect customers choice to select CFA as the place to feed self/family + especially the chosen place to spend hard earned $$$ !!! EXAMPLE: Nugget 'crumbs' or hard, inedible, 1/2 size 'Nubs' used to fulfill Nugget Counts, Waffle Fries packed incorrectly thus not fulfilling correct order size quantities = cu orders/pays for Large size Waffle Fries but only receives a Large container filled at Medium quantity This is Especially True for orders of Macaroni & Cheese +.coleslaw + Breakfast Bowls, etc ... the most expensive side/single items!!!
We went through that location's Drive-thru on our 4 hour drive... we ordered 4 meals with 4 drinks and an extra order of fries for the kids... and we also asked for some ketchup and mayo.. we got our stuff and jumped back on the highway... first while looking thru the bags I noticed they only gave us 3 packs of ketchup... ok ticked off but no big deal.. then I noticed that they didn't give us straws... that was frustrating cause we're on the road and it is inconvenient to drink without straws.. then my son finished his meal and asked for his fries.. I looked thru the bags and there was no fries... but it was on the receipt and we paid for it.. so I called them and told them all this.. and the 2 solutions they offered us is to turn around, go back and they'll give us our fries... or they can mail us a coupon for a free small fries... seriously.. that us insulting.. no sense of customer service whatsover.. totally ridiculous.. a sincere apology and a coupon for 2 free meals would have been a nice gesture.. it is not about the money.. $1.65 is not gonna break my bank... nothing they could have done would have made the situation better.. but at least try.. show that you care about...

Talk about personal time on your breaks, to me that just seems like...
