Stopped in for some day drinking, ended up spending the entire afternoon into the evening there. Nice outside area either in the back for more private setting or sit right in front and people watch. The inside is clean and decorated nicely. The food was good had the Chesapeake chicken sandwich and fries all good. The owners were working this particular day and both are super friendly. Mentioned it was our anniversary..she quickly got us chocolate cake! We were in town for 2 days and came back the next evening for a couple beers. Crowd was friendly and had live music. I will say, great bar with a good vibe and food. But horrible service for all WV State issued IDs. Went to the halloween pub crawl when visiting, and got told my ID was a fake and they needed another form of identification. My partner gave her ID (WV license) and got denied service as well.
