08/25 update - still terrible customer service - so rude - chicken mini bread was over cooked and not hot + wrong drink+ no straw + missing hashbrowns2/19 update-another terrible experience after giving them a second chance - go an exit up for a better experience!!! Exit 14 bc exit 13 is so rude and long** (previous post now starts) I arrived @10:48 for breakfast. Breakfast ends at 11 at this location. To preface, the line was very long as it tends to be, and the wait was longer due to the tablet employees not moving from under the awning. (If you know, you know. It’s quicker when they walk down the line.) That’s fine, I’ll get my chicken minis when I get them, no rush. So, I didn’t move to the front of the line until 11:02. The tablet employee tells me to order at the window because they couldn’t take it on the tablet as it was now after 11. Alright, understandable, cool. I wait some more in line before reaching the window, and this employee curtly told me she would not serve me breakfast because it was after 11 - even though I was in line before 11 !! I reiterated this again- I already waited almost 20 minutes at this point and the other worker told me I could still order breakfast, nbd. The employee (a brunette, possibly Hispanic, lady who is older than the majority of the employees if that helps-I didn’t look at her name tag unfortunately) tells me that actually I’d only been waiting for 4 minutes. Omg. I’ve only ever encountered kind Chic Fil A employees, and now one is trying to correct me. Yes, 4 minutes ago is when I was first spoken to- NOT how long I’d been waiting to be spoken to (11:06 now) She then tells me that even though breakfast ends at 11, they stop making the breakfast at 10:45 & it would take 20 minutes to make them..... Hm, ok - so if you put your last batch in at 10:45, 20 minutes later, it’s 11:05...... It’s 11:06, again, but alright, cool. So the customer is not always right at Chic Fil A, and if you wait 20 minutes in line, you’re still not guaranteed a meal. She didn’t even offer the lunch menu or try to be polite in any way. Rolled her eyes at me twice. So yes, I left without anything and drove to another food joint. Wasting more time and...

In a world riddled with fast-food options, there's something about Chick-fil-A that magnetically draws the masses. For some of us contrarians, the urge is to zig while others zag, to seek out the less-trodden culinary paths. Yet, Chick-fil-A on Peachtree Parkway has a way of gently, and deliciously, eroding such rebellious intentions.
It's not just about the chicken, though let's be honest, it's a star in its own right. It's the combination - that delectable dance of flavors, the crispy exterior yielding to tender insides, all complemented by the right sauce or dip. But when comparing it to other poultry purveyors, my palate has its preferences. Yet, the joy of the family, their sheer delight when biting into their favorite item, is infectious.
The charm of this particular outlet lies not only in its culinary offerings but also in its staff. Their amiable and efficient demeanor reflects an ethos where service is paramount, making every visit a pleasant encounter.
Rating? A reluctant yet wholehearted 4.8 out of 5 stars. While Chick-fil-A might not be my first personal pick in the poultry panorama, its consistent quality, and the happiness it brings to loved ones, makes it impossible to resist. So, here's to the Peachtree Parkway outlet, for making a rebel yield, one delicious bite at a time. Sometimes, following the herd...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-A has gone downhill over the years. I usually go for breakfast and get a chicken biscuit but there’s always something not good about it. Either the biscuit just falls apart or the chicken is way over breaded and burnt to a dark brown so bad that it doesn’t even taste like Chick-fil-A. Its like they are so ready to get the product out of the door that the quality of the product suffers. This morning I went there and was the only person in line and after I gave the simple order of (#1) the guy turned around and started filling other people’s drinks that just walked up in front of me and forgot mine. No big deal, but when I got my food from the manager, I told him I didn’t get my drink and he looked at the receipt on my bag as if he didn’t believe me and I told him the guy that took the order just got distracted with other guests and he starts telling me , “well we’re busy”, and “I’m sorry we didn’t do good enough for you” in a very cheeky manner, to which I replied “I’m literally the only one in line-no big deal”, and he just kept on with the attitude like I just need to get over it. Outstanding “Christian” attitude dude. On top of all of this, Chick-fil-A has raised their prices 20 percent over the last two years and the portions are exactly the same but the quality is not. Top it off with some tude’ and you have the modern Chick-fil-A...
