In the annals of gastronomic lore, there occasionally emerges a culinary creation so transcendent, so audaciously exquisite, that it beckons the discerning gourmand to prostrate themselves before its magnificence. Such is the unparalleled opus of Chef Ben’s "Benny's Big Pizza," a veritable magnum opus of dairy-laden divinity.
This epicurean marvel commences with a red sauce base, a robust and sacrosanct foundation that serves as the canvas upon which Chef Ben has liberally daubed his manifold cheesy strokes. The sauce, a harmonious concoction of ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil, and a tantalizing whisper of oregano, provides a symphonic counterpoint to the rich, opulent medley of cheeses that follow.
A meticulous layering of both shredded and fresh mozzarella cheese imparts a dichotomy of textures and flavors: the former offering a familiar, comforting stretch and pull, while the latter, with its pristine purity, melts into pools of luscious, velvety decadence. To this, Chef Ben has added dollops of ricotta cheese, each a pillowy cloud of creamy ambrosia that elevates the pizza to ethereal heights.
Yet, it is the cooked Parmesan cheese that enshrines this culinary marvel in the pantheon of the sublime. Its nutty, umami-rich essence permeates the entire creation, bestowing a depth of flavor that is nothing short of divine. Interspersed amidst this cheesy panoply are delicate slivers of fresh garlic, their pungent bite offering a piquant contrast to the dairy's unctuous richness.
The pièce de résistance is Chef Ben’s presentation: a formal unveiling that is as theatrical as it is reverential. With an oratory flourish, he expounds upon his inspiration — a deep-seated adoration for cheese that verges on the ecclesiastical. In sharing this masterpiece, Chef Ben does not merely feed his diners; he initiates them into a sacrosanct rite of cheese-worship, an experience that lingers on the palate and in the soul.
"Benny's Big Pizza" is not merely a dish; it is an epiphany, a testament to the boundless potential of culinary artistry when guided by an unyielding passion for cheese. It demands to be savored, celebrated, and immortalized in the annals of pizza perfection. Chef Ben, you have bestowed upon us a gift of ineffable richness, and for that, we are...
Read moreOkay. This place is super overhyped. The food is subpar. It’s nothing to rave about. We ordered pizza and meatball sub and we got some desserts. The sauce on the pizza and on the meatball sub was tasteless. They had absolutely no flavor. The meatballs were so bland we had to get more sauce and cheese just to eat’em. The bread was nice and had they made a great meatball would’ve been the perfect pair. It’s not the cleanest place either. The restaurant side could use a top to bottom deep pressure wash cleaning. The ladies bathroom could also use a deep cleaning and an upgrade. Some better lighting and new ceiling tiles. Let’s get on to the bakery. We got a lemon bar, cannoli cupcake, lemon/blueberry slice of cake and a piece of tiramisu. This is apparently a new addition to the restaurant. It was bright white and looked clean. Not the friendliest of staff but I attribute this to just young kids nowadays just don’t know how to give great customer service. The lemon and blueberry cake needed more cake. Way too much frosting and not enough lemon flavor. Loaded with blueberries though. Just not balanced well cake to frosting ratio. The lemon bar…OMGOODNESS the worst out of the 4 we got. WHERE is the curd??? The base of the bar was so hard you couldn’t enjoy it at all and the again the ratio of curd to the cake is way off. Barely any lemon taste. Cannoli cupcake 🧁. We were like, “what is happening”? I’m sorry folks but the icing is too much. And it taste horrible. And it too much. The cupcake was extremely dry. I’m not kidding when I tell you it was very very dry. How anyone is bragging about this place is beyond us. The tiramisu was the only decent thing we ate. I’m very sorry folks but I think we need some revisits of the kitchen. I’m sure our review won’t matter and I’m sure we’ll get some comment from the establishment on how we reviewed them. But this is our honest opinion. You won’t have to worry about us coming back. Best of...

Marie's Deli: Where the Food is So Good, You'll Forget Your Own Name
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marie's Deli, a local establishment that has been serving up delicious food for years. I had heard great things about the place, so I was excited to try it out.
When I arrived, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I felt right at home.
I ordered the Italian sub and soup, which is one of Marie's signature dishes. The sub was fresh and the sausage and mushroom soup was absolutely delicious!
The Reuben was so good that I almost forgot my own name. I was so focused on enjoying the food that I didn't even realize that I had been staring at it for several minutes.
When I finally snapped out of my trance, I realized that the other diners in the restaurant were staring at me too. I quickly finished my sandwich and left the restaurant, feeling embarrassed but satisfied.
If you're looking for a delicious and affordable meal, I highly recommend Marie's Deli. Just be careful not to forget your own name while you're there!
P.S. The desserts are even better than the sandwiches. Be sure to try the chocolate chip cookies or the cheese cake. You won't be...
