Your friendly neighborhood bakery since I was a kid! I'm 27, so yes it's been around and popular for a long time. In high school a classmate got his lunch from lepidor and everyone was super jealous! Never saw a tastier sandwich in our short time on earth.
They have more pastry variety than other Asian bakery chains (like daifuku bread, my current fav). They also have stuff like grass jelly, taro sago dessert, egg pudding etc. frozen chives pockets, green onion pancakes, and more. no walk in cakes right now, and overall price friendly!
One note about the 3% credit card surcharge I see others leaving negative comments on - using debit cards or cash will help your dollar go further in support of mom&pops. Credit card companies charge high per transaction fees, especially to smaller merchants (mom&pop's) and even more so to lower transaction amounts. That's generally why you see minimum transaction amount required for card usage elsewhere. Anyways, debit card costs are much much MUCH cheaper for merchants, so feel good you're supporting...
Read moreThis is the bakery where I had ordered my wedding cake about 8 years ago. If you are ever in the area and you are craving some snacks you have to buy a mango moose cake, or strawberry moose cake for desert. They are famous for their mango mousse cake. The owner had mentioned to me that she studied how to make this cake in Japan and then made it into her own.
Beside cakes, they also have milk teas and snow ice drinks, egg rolls, buns, and lunch boxes. Tastes all home made. I love it. The price point is also not too bad too. I would say that the mango moose cake for once slice is about $3.00. And the egg roll is $1.50 each. Not bad. I will be back for more!!! Parking is also not bad the plaza is quite big so there is always plenty of space to park. Bring cash just incase since they are asian. Not sure if they are a cash only place or if you have to spend over a...
Read moreMULTIPLE STRANDS OF HAIR FOUND Upon discovering several hairs and a long white thread in my food, I am changing my review to one star. The amount of hair in my food was staggering as I kept finding more and more hair. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Beyond that, I am scared for anyone who chooses to eat here considering the negligence towards food quality. This is completely unsanitary. I have included a photo below of what I found in my bento box. I am just as disappointed with the manager who failed to apologize for the hair in the food. There is absolutely no excuse for this happening and they have completely lost my faith. I do not recommend eating...
