MACU TEA - Cupertino — Restaurant in Cupertino

I was gonna give one star because the Green tea hardly had enough flavour but it was my Dad's fault for not knowing how to order, but the cashier should have known Dad was clueless, he ordered Chi Chi Green Tea but he wanted just plain Milk Green tea. I asked the cashier where was the Green Milk tea but maybe he did not hear me. Dad ordered the wrong tea. After he charged Dad 8 dollars ( Dad tipped him one dollar), I found the Chi Chi on the menu and I ask Dad, hey did you want the Salted cheese on it? Dad said no. The cashier ( same person makes the tea) heard us and asked if Dad just wanted plain Green Milk tea and I said that was what Dad originally wanted and it was Dads fault for saying Chi Chi, but the cashier should have verified with him whether he wanted salted Cheese ( that is what Chi chi means) since I asked cashier where is the plain Green Milk tea ( cashier should have known maybe he did not want the salted cheese). They had no other business that day so maybe that is why he just charged Dad for the Chi Chi cheese since its more expensive. Anyhow, I told the Cashier he did not want the cheese and if he can just make it a milk tea ( since its cheaper) and just add a little of the Cheese on top since he paid for it. I guess he must have not understood what i meant because he did not add milk and was going to add the cheese. Anyhow the end product is that the tea flavour not very strong ( probably because I confuse him by saying that Dad wanted Milk tea) and I ask if he can make the milk tea and just add less cheese. If I worked there, I would have just made Milk Tea as customer asked and just add a little cheese or at least confirm with customer that they want the salted cheese ( since I did ask the cashier in the beginning where is the regular Green Milk tea on the menu). I gave him 2 stars in the review because he was actually a nice guy but he was just not that bright. If he were not nice i would have given one star for the taste of the drink...kind of tasted diluted or just not very...

We came to Macu Tea for the first time this week and let me tell you it did not disappoint! I ordered the Yakult Lemonade for my son and a Strawberry tiramisu drink from the strawberry series. Both drinks were evenly balanced in sweetness.My strawberry drink tasted so much like fresh strawberries and it was so refreshing with the hot weather. I highly recommend coming to this spot if you're a tea lover. Will be coming...

Macu tea has the right amount of brewed tea and sugar ratio content. I ordered my jasmine green tea with 10% sugar and regular ice and find it a nice balance. Iced tea on a hot day is absolutely delicious! Looking forward to tasting more of their other teas. By the way, the cups are in Snoopy designs now, which makes the whole tea...
