I have been ordering takeout here for YEARS, and today is the day I finally decided to dine-in. The interior is surprisingly a little luxurious and feels like a fun "upscale" spot to enjoy with friends. The staff made us aware that there was only one server on a Sunday at noon, so service was what you'd expect. Our server was really kind and walked through the menu for us. Our food came out pretty quickly. I always order the same thing when I come here: HUMMUS BEEF! Ground Moroccan Beef with olive oil, spices, and smoooooth hummus. The portion is very generous and pairs very well with the pita. The dish is simple and flavorful. Not too salty! If you're feeling extra peckish, I definitely recommend the Garlic Feta Fries! This was a "featured item of the day" and I hope they add this to regular menu. Though it's very expensive at $10, it was really satisfying combination and the sheep milk cheese was excellent.

Nice service, very friendly folks, Terrible food I had been recommended this place for its hummus dishes. I thought I would try the Israeli favourites instead. So I had the Schnitzel de Noir I honestly think I would have got something better at a public hospital. The chicken was dry and hard as. The mashed potatoes was an ice cream ball of something compact that probably contained potatoes but hardly worth the name of mashed and the beans were barely cooked with shaved raw garlic on it. I could tell it was going to be bad as soon as the lovely waiter put the plate on the table. Trying to leave on a high note I ordered the baklavas following the recommendation from the waiter saying that it was a patron’s favourite. They tasted like wet socks. They were hard to chew, sticking to the plate. The staff were friendly, very polite and eager to please. But the food was a disaster. maybe their hummus is up to their reputations, but for everything else: just avoid.

This location is stunning! Floor to ceiling windows, lively atmosphere, cute decor, and great branding. The service was on point and very friendly. It’s been a long time since I had a server tell me their name and offer to tell me about the menu. Menu consists of traditional and non traditional dishes. I would guess the most popular are the hummus bowls which are a bowl of hummus with toppings. Overall the food was ok. I would say pretty typical but served in a more trendy way. The pita bread was unique. Quite a bit more puffy then normal. It would be nice if the pita was fresh (crispy outside, and soft inside), instead of just kept in a warmer tray all day. They have a take out section that didn’t have anyone working. The rest of the restaurant is all sit down. Not the typical order at the counter Mediterranean fare. I’ll be back to try again and enjoy the great atmosphere.

Nice location, good place to spend an evening. Went there for dinner, we started with mint tea, decent but quite mild. We ordered fries and hummus for starters... the hummus portions are huge but tasted very good. The fries were worse than horrible, too thickly cut and not crisp - we didn't eat more than a couple. For dinner, I ordered pita falafel, my fellow diners got rice plate with veggies, shakshuka and chicken skewers. 3 of the entrees were good and more than made up for the fries 😀. I would liked a bit more tabouleh on my pita but it tasted good anyway so I chomped through it so didn't ask the waiter. My fellow diner didn't like the shakshuka, felt it wasn't done well at all, felt undercooked. The rice bowl and chicken skewers were very good ... 2 of 3 fellow diners cleaned up their plates 👍. Overall good dinner, but don't order the fries for sure.

Came in for a lunch date. The little entrance fiasco would hopefully help improve my observation skill in the future. 😅 The decor was beautiful with transparent huge pear-shaped lightbulbs and a stunning chandelier, but the large print of baby eating hummus guide on wall was such a turn-off, IMO. Unless it served as a satire but do people really need to be told how to eat? Thought the idea was a bit controlling, and it didn't go with the high end design. Food was OK but expensive. For my chicken skewer that consisted of a small salad, five pieces of meat, sweet potato fries and a pita bread, it's a hefty $27.50. The best part of my meal was the sweet potato fries. 😋 Ambience was cozy and clean, although chairs were hard and uncomfortable and table was too small. Service was nice, at least it's not pretentious or snotty like some other ones in main street.
